Dont stay here Terry Raske 1/5 just now on Google We stayed here recently for our 25 year Anniversary. We paid Extra to get a sweet with a king bedroom. Unfortunately our 2nd night here while we were getting ready to head out to check out the Blue man group. Our ceiling began to leak in the bathroom first then our bedroom and on much of our clothes luggage. We immediately called down to the front desk. I was told that they didn't have the suite i booked but they were going to move me to another suite. I was informed by the front desk that they would send a bell hop up with our keys to our new room and help us move our stuff. The bell hop was very nice and helpful but when we got to the new room the cleaning lady was in the middle of cleaning and did not know we were coming. She would not let us in on top of that the room wasn't even a suite. The bell hop called the front desk and got us another room which he did not have the keys for but said he would let us in and we could go to the front desk and get our keys when we got back from the blue man group as we were now running late to the show. He said we did not have to wait in line but to just go up to the desk. The new room was a suite but it was much smaller than the original room we booked and only had a queen bed. Due to the inconvenience we ended up being 30 minutes late to our show. When we got back we were extremely tired and the line was extremely long to check in. I went up to talk to the front desk to explain to them what happened and that i was told not to wait in line but to go up and they would give me the keys to my room. The front desk asked who told me that. After I told her she said I would have yo wait in line. So I asked to speak to a manager. I then talked to a supervisor who told me that she would give me the keys but I should of waited in line. Basically I did not end up with the room I paid for, I missed out on a show that I paid for, hours of my time was wasted and taken from me, no one ever apologized to me instead I was treated like an inconvenience. I will say I have been to vegas about 10 times now and this was definitely the worst experience we have ever had not only in vegas but ever. The Strat just simply does not give or provide good service rather you are treated as an inconvenience. The rest of our stay was like a black cloud was hovering over us. We never received new towls our coffee in our new room which we were in for 3 nights. I guess I can only blame myself for choosing to stay here after seeing other videos and reviews complaining of the service. Dont make the same mistake I made.

DO NOT STAY HERE - READ THE REVIEWS DO NOT STAY HERE. PLEASE READ! FRAUDULENT SMOKING FEE!!!! We were charged a $600 smoking fee for NOT SMOKING. I'm currently on the phone with my bank trying desperately to reverse NSF charges because of THIS HOTEL'S mistake. I am one of many many many guests who have experienced it. PLEASE LOOK IT UP! Our neighbors smoked cannabis CONSTANTLY and this hotel is claiming it was my room, where we didn't combust ANYTHING. The supervisor PROMISED it wouldn't be charged until an investigation occurred and WE WOULD RECEIVE a call. Liars! They didn't even have the audacity to call me when my card was charged BEFORE the fake "72 hour investigation" was finished to inform me I was being charged. They are so disrespectful of your veterans who just wanted to get married in Vegas on a budget. They officially RUINED my entire experience. I am so ashamed we stayed there that I've even taken the hotel name and pictures out of my wedding memories. How dare they take advantage of us and not give a damn! I hope whoever is reading this is ashamed for your company (and potential guests DON'T BOOK HERE)! You're part of the problem if you don't pass this along.

Don’t do it Hotel was just dirty. Run down and beat up. Room smelled. Carpet in hallway was wrinkled and disintegrating. Floors covered in unidentifiable goo. Staff was nice, but can’t make up for the state of the hotel itself. Walking distance to monorail and a 24 hour Walgreens, if your constitution is strong.

A Good Choice for Family Travel Booked via its official website to receive more benefits like mobile/self serviced check in to skip the line, discount price and designated room type... Our room was neat, quiet but with quite a good view of the Strip. The Hotel is easily accessible via Deuce bus(three minutes across the street), Monorail (ten minutes walk) or share-ride vehicle. Inexpensive food choices nearby , despite the offers in the Hotel ; but no Room Service available. We stayed for a total of five nights and spent a leisure and fun trip in Las Vegas , incl. downtown, the Strip and the two outlets. Last not least, the free shuttle to downtown has a stop at the hotel, so good for us.
