Large suites, full kitchens We stayed twice at The Carriage House, booking ending our vacation to Zion and the Grand Canyon. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the main strip. They are currently doing renovations and we heard the hammering, etc during the day. No renovations are done after 5PM, so it was quiet in the evening. The pool and hot tub are adequate, not very large, and sit right beside a parking garage and another hotel. The pool area does have bathrooms, towels, lounge chairs. The rooms are very nice. The first night we had a king bed with a pull-out in the adjacent room. The kitchen has full size appliances, except the refrigerator is apt. size. The refrigerator does have an ice maker. It is fully stocked with everything you need, just bring your food. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower; no tub. A week later on our second stay at the motel, we asked to check in early, which they did accommodate. All the staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. For the second stay we did not get a king bed, but a full size with the pull-out in the adjacent room. However, we did not complain as they allowed us to check in early. The bathroom for this room had a tub/shower combo; no walk-in shower. The hotel has easy access in/out onto Harmon Road, some covered parking spots, Wi-Fi, and no resort fee. This hotel is a good choice for families that do not want a casino environment.

Constant, LOUD construction that we were not told about ahead of our arrival. I am highly disappointed with my stay at the Carriage House. We received a notice in our confirmation that renovation would begin May 29th, 2020 until October 2nd, 2020. This seems to be an outdated message, as we checked in May 2021 and there has been constant construction happening in the room directly across from ours. The hotel has signs stating they are doing renovations, but this was not something we were aware was still occurring, as our stay is nearly a year past the renovation dates listed. Constant hammering, drilling, sawing has been occurring directly across from our room all day, every day. It is highly disruptive and when we inquired about it at the front desk, staff were dismissive and stated that we should have known about it as we received a notice in our confirmation. However, to reiterate, the renovation dates we received in our confirmation are from 2020, not this year. It very much feels as though the hotel has attempted to downplay the disruptive nature of the renovations and we are now stuck in a highly noisy environment. Not very relaxing. Additionally, staff offered to give us a free weeks stay, but instead of the current 2 bedroom suite we are at now, a 1 bedroom. That is an insult. I will never stay here again.

Love the Carriage House We have stayed at the Carriage House for several decades and have enjoyed watching it just get better and better. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are very enjoyable and comfortable. It is located so convenient to the Miracle Mile and the Strip. Highly recommend!!!

What can you say "It's Vegas" It was wonderful to stay at The Carriage House when visiting Vegas in May. The weather was just as ordered and the hospitality of our staff and concierger was so welcoming and informative too! We had many re-opening shows available and took advantage, as well as an inviitng crystal clear pool to fall back and relax part of the day. Thank you, I look forward to returning again.

Excellent experience The Carriage House is really very well situated and it has very good and big rooms. It is very close to the Strip and also has a good parking. It has good internet and really enjoy our stay there. For sure we will stay there in our next trip to Las Vegas.
