Don’t believe the signs, not the best odds on the strip The Cromwell is advertising 100 times odds on craps, 3/2 on blackjack and other things that are misleading. Dice game is now 3,4, and 5 times odds. Blackjack is 6/5. Worst part is they still have signs up that are not correct. Room was ok but no real reason to play there now because no better gamble than any where else. I can’t believe the gamble is now better just about anywhere not called Las Vegas.

Great location I loved staying at the Cromwell. We had 3 issues with our room. We only reported one to the management, and it was resolved. I thought the other issues were so minor we didn't even contact management (nor did I think to do so).

Worst EVER!! Wow....cigarette butts in bathroom. Spit on the walls. No food, was told to go to neighboring hotel. Paid $37 a day for resort fee, not able to use a single amenity, not by choice. You could go to pool from 11am-2pm. After this you had to pay $49. Once again, was told to go to neighboring hotel if I wanted to go to pool for free. Usually I come back from Las Vegas gaining 5-10lbs....I LOST 5 lbs. I had to eat Starbucks every morning. Stayed 4 nights. We were celebrating my 50th birthday, this can never be redone. Very ethnic based hotel. Most patrons had next to no clothes with no sort of enforcement. The casino was ruled by the unruly. People wandering hallways at 4am, drunk. We had only 1 elevator with no stairs the entire time. If you wanted a cab or Uber....yup, you guessed it....go to neighboring hotel. I have visited Vegas and even lived in Vegas and I know how it is exactly supposed to be and this was not even close.....Oh and don't expect your room to be cleaned unless you ask. Do your research....If you don't think you have enough information, move on.

Not 4 and half star Pool opens up at 11:00. Closes at 6. If you are staying one day you won’t be able to go. But you still pay 50 plus resort fee So you check in at 4, if your lucky. Then wait for one elevator because the other one never works. From what I here the whole week like that. If you get to the room, Smokey window left open. It was wonderful if you like to be in a sauna. Make it to the pool elevator where drais staff wands you and then greeted by the rudest people you can imagine. If that’s your thing then this place is for you. Avoid if on vacation.

Hard Pass We booked because of the “adult only boutique” description but there is nothing boutique about it. No fridge in the room except for the mini bar and there is no room for anything else in it. No coffee pot. The bedding was decent. I liked the shower. We did have a good view of the strip. But beware, my friends booked a strip view and they had a view of a cement wall. Maybe we got lucky. The hotel itself is very loud. Doors banging and people fighting until 5 am. Hotel staff does nothing about this. The club is R&B/hip hop. Not my kind of crowd. Our room see strongly of weed, ya everywhere. And the pool. DON’T GET ME STARTED. Its not owned by the hotel itself. So hotel guests have NO FREE ACCESS TO POOL. The lady at the front desk told us we could use caesars for free. WRONG. Caesars wouldn’t let us in. So we went the whole vacation with no pool. Unreal. My suggestion is find another hotel. There are many other options that are much better. I gave it 2 stars only because the front desk/concierge staff were very professional and nice and the hotel had a great location on the strip.
