You get what you pay for! I had to book here for an emergency stay. My room was in district 2, it was creepy in the halls and so very confusing to find my room. Once i finally found my room it had a nasty smell and the ac unit was extremely loud i could barely sleep. One of the bathroom lights did not work and don’t get me started on the shower ughhhh. But i guess you get what you paid for in this case lol.

Linq hotel don’t expect good customer service Attended with friend for 40th birthday! Absolutely love the location of this hotel , it’s very central and for 20 dollars you can buy a 3 day bus pass that gives unlimited travel up and down the strip, this was a blessing in the 45 degree heat! We had a room in district 2 , no view but that was fine for us as we were out most of the time, the room was also lovely and quiet and aircon was great! On the down side … despite being asked at check in if we wanted our room serviced daily our room was not serviced once on our whole 8 day stay , this left us chasing staff around the halls for clean towels and cups daily! The WIFI in the room was also really bad as it kept saying there was 2 devices already connected which there was not! And even more annoying than that is the metal stair well outside our bedroom window which we were woken by builders throwing huge amounts of debris onto every morning around 7am! Despite complaining on the phone several times this did not stop, when we went to speak to reception they had no record of our complaints about room cleaning WiFi and the builders. (This was on day 6) they offered us late check out for our last day which we took , yet for the last two days , still no WiFi room service or quiet builders! I spoke to reception on leaving who advised me that the room being serviced is complimentary and not garaunteed?? And that they can’t help the WiFi or situation with the builders , and they were less than helpful. Really disappointed with the customer care at the Linq , we were never offered to move rooms , never received a bed change or clean towels and the WiFi was terrible !

Disappointed Was very disappointed in the hotel front desk staff at check in. They were very rude and not helpful at all. Spoke very rudely to us and disrespected us. It will be the last time I would ever consider staying at this hotel.

Don't stay here unless you like the smell of weed Great hotel for the location. But our room smelled like weed the entire stay the shower didn't drain so each shower felt like you were in a bathtub with the standing water. Asked for toilet paper was given angel soft tissues..like really. As soon as you get off the elevator you are greeted by cigarette and weed smell..no thanks. Not worth the headache

Beware of the buglary at this property while you are sleeping inside your room… I stayed at The LINQ Hotel in June 2025. During my stay, a highly distressing and deeply alarming incident took place—our valuables were stolen from our room during the night while my wife and I were asleep inside. The very thought that an unknown person was able to enter our room while we were present is terrifying and points to a complete and inexcusable failure of the hotel’s basic duty to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests. The response from hotel management was not only pathetic but also evasive and grossly unprofessional. At the front desk, we were initially met by Front Office Supervisor Ms. Juanita Aguirre, and subsequently by her superior (I don’t remember her name but she do mentioned that she is the top manager available at hotel), The senior manager appreciated our situation and profusely apologized and assured us that a free, fair, and transparent internal investigation would be conducted. They gave repeated oral assurances that the matter would be looked into with seriousness and urgency and that we shall receive a call/email soon concerning the investigation. Unfortunately, those assurances were empty and never honored. Despite our repeated follow-ups, we were stonewalled under the pretext that a “committee” was reviewing the matter and we would receive an update via phone or email—neither of which ever occurred. It is now evident that the hotel was more interested in suppressing the incident than investigating it. Further investigation revealed glaring lapses in hotel security: • There is no functioning CCTV surveillance in the guestroom corridors or common areas where such monitoring is critical. • The elevator-access control system, which supposedly restricts access to guest floors to authorized individuals, was completely non-functional during our stay, allowing unrestricted access to any floor at any time. • Most alarmingly, the locks on the room doors are defective and do not latch shut properly unless forcefully and precisely closed. It is our reasonable suspicion that someone with knowledge of this defect gained entry into our room during the night. Given the above, the possibility of insider involvement cannot be ruled out. This could have easily been confirmed or ruled out if a genuine, transparent investigation had been undertaken by the hotel. As the hotel failed to act responsibly, we were compelled to file an official police report with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), and we are now actively pursuing this matter with the authorities. The hotel management’s conduct—ranging from broken promises and non-responsiveness to complete lack of accountability—has been appalling. This was not only a scary and shocking violation of our privacy and safety, but also a case of gross negligence and possible complicity. We demand that The LINQ Hotel initiate a formal and independent investigation, hold the responsible parties accountable, and take concrete steps to ensure no other guest suffers such a traumatic experience. We reserve all rights to take further legal action and to escalate this matter to all appropriate consumer protection and law enforcement bodies. My intention is to ensure that no one should undergo such a traumatic experience while on vacation.
