Solid Value and Simple Comforts Solid value, great location, and easy in-and-out for exploring the town. If you're into spirits, the lobby bar offers a remarkable variety--everything from cognacs to Amari--far more than you'd expect from your typical hotel bar. The rooms are huge and decently lit (except for the showers). Pro-tip: Ask housekeeping for a "flat pillow" unless you enjoy resting your head on an 8" cloud. (It's fluffy, but a bit too high for some). The Tuscany's four eateries offer a range of dining styles--diner, pub, cafe, and steakhouse. The patty melt at the diner ("Marilyn's") was one of best I've had--simple and perfect with freshly grilled onions and Swiss cheese.

A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home As a former casino employee, I’ve seen the full spectrum of hospitality in Las Vegas, from flashy façades to lackluster follow-through. But Tuscany Suites genuinely surprised me. Tucked just steps off the Strip, it offers a level of care and charm you’d expect from a private resort, not a hotel in the heart of Vegas. I stayed during the BiggerVegas event, and my room was massive, clean, and comfortable, like a personal retreat after a day of poolside chats or late-night adventures. The space felt less like a hotel room and more like a peaceful suite I could actually live in for a while. What really set the tone, though, was the staff. Every person I encountered, from front desk to food service to housekeeping, was genuine, kind, and sincerely helpful. It's rare to see such consistent positive energy, and it made every interaction feel warm and personal. This is the kind of service culture that takes real leadership and team pride to build... and it shows. Now, let’s talk food: ☕ Cafe Bottega became my go-to for a quick, delicious bite. Their coffee and sandwiches are better than most trendy cafés you’ll find in town. _ Marilyn’s Café delivered classic breakfast comfort with heart and generous portions. _ And Bistecca? Phenomenal. The atmosphere was intimate and inviting, and the meal, from appetizers to dessert, was unforgettable. The pool area was another standout: peaceful, uncrowded, and just what you need to decompress. It feels more spa-retreat than Strip chaos. If you're craving a real vacation vibe in Vegas, without sacrificing location, Tuscany Suites is a rare find. It’s the perfect blend of accessibility and serenity, with a staff that truly elevates your stay. I'll definitely be back, and if you're heading to Vegas for any event, this should be at the top of your list.

terrible reception service The person who helped us at check-in was not interested in helping, despite asking us to accommodate us in a room near the pool due to a physical problem, it seems that he did not care and his response was to give us room M220, which made us walk excessively, he showed no empathy, the hotel is really very nice, I can't complain about anyone else, the cleaning people are always willing to help, but my entire experience was an excessive physical effort, thanks to the person who helped us when giving us the room, my overall rating would have been a 9, if they had accommodated us in a room closer to the lobby.

Disability issues are not being addressed at Tuscany Suites. Shameful. I won't be back. Tuscany doesn't have any ADA-compliant rooms near the pool and main building. I requested an accessible room when I booked the reservation several months prior. I had to check out two days early due to an injury that wouldn't have happened if there were grab bars in the bathroom.
