Long check-in line despite completing online check-in. They have an online check in process, but no separate line for those who checked in online. (I checked in online and got a message that I could just go to the desk and pick up my room key.) So I am writing this while I'm stuck in a terrible long check in line. Behind people who are filling out paperwork at the desk. Shame.

Excellent! My suite was clean and well stocked (towels, etc.) I wanted a ground floor suite by the pool and I was told there were none available. I booked my suite 2 and a half months before my stay, so I was suspicious when they told me the pool view ground floor wasn't available. I've been staying there for over 10 years and all and all I love it! I have recommended Tuscany Suites to over 30 people and after their stay, they thanked me and have gone back many times! A hotel that provides FREE parking AND smoking rooms...Yeaa!! Liked the fact that parking is next to the building and is FREE, unlike other hotels that even charge guests for parking. Extremely happy that the Tuscany has smoking rooms available for smokers like myself. Nice clean, comfortable suite. Bed and pillows were just right for a good night's sleep. The only complaint I have is that the cocktail bar does not do a "Harvey Wallbanger" Apparently the bar does not stock one of the main ingredients - Galiano - and no one knows why.

Great Hotel! Love everything about this hotel from cleanliness, service, and location. Location is perfect, not quite in the middle of the strip chaos but close enough to the strip. About 15 mins away from downtown. Only minor issue I had was trying to get the heater to go on. AC/Heat unit could possibly be outdated...? Other than that, everything is great! For sure, my place to stay!

Excellent service. Not far off the strip. In room coffee. As an "older" adult, my friend and I found The Tuscany the perfect place to eat, drink, gamble, and sleep, away from the crowds on The Strip. Their service in all departments is impeccable. The rooms are spacious, and we LOVED having coffee in our room as opposed to standing in line somewhere on the strip for morning coffee.
