Not terrible but could use some love Overall the hotel was fine. It seems to be on the older side and could use a refresh. The mattress and pillows were too hard, in my opinion. The location isn’t directly on the strip, but it is perfect if you’re going to The Sphere (which is why were there).

Decent stay Overall the suite worked well with the two rooms. The beds were comfy and the living area very nice. It was a noisy stay for us with the upstairs families that were staying above us. Honestly, we will try a VRBO next time but did like the resort overall other than not getting a good nights sleep. The pool water is cold and the techno music was annoying but hey it was a hot week so we dealt with it. The layout of the resort is vey nice!

Extremely Disappointed. • Arrived June 20 around 3:30 p.m. – systems were down • Waited 2 hours, then told systems were still down • Offered a link to register manually, but had to do it myself to get room/key card • Mentioned I had a show that evening and needed time to prep • Sunday morning: security knocked, told to go to front desk and move due to building renovations (no prior notice) • No help offered with relocation – moved from Building J to Building H • Later that day, found carpet around AC unit completely soaked – wet my socks • Extremely disappointed – never stayed in a hotel with wet carpet like that • Front desk was unhelpful, rushed me, didn’t take concerns seriously • Still waiting for a call from the property manager

Accommodating for the most part The facility is huge. Vegas is not anywhere I will ever go to again. Vulgar, stinky, nasty in every way ☹️. The Tuscany Sweets is a good place to stay but it would be a great place in any location other than Vegas

Great location but clearly needs to fix issues We have grown to love the Tuscany for many years. But in the last 2 times we have stayed there are numerous issues that we feel are making us sway to try another place for our Vegas stay. The check in process is fairly easy, but we have been checked in by Sixto the last could times and its not a great experience. He's very rude, not friendly and has bad customer service. For sure doesn't make you feel like a valued customer or welcomed, which at check in is a bad way to start your stay. The grounds are always very well kept which we love. This time we experienced a bit of a hard time parking at they were doing maintenance on the whole parking lot which we weren't informed of at check in. Once the parking lot had opened up a few days later, while walking through it found numerous screws and nails which made it concerning to park/drive there. There are definitely things that need updating like pool towels and times around the pool, but for the most part its a very clean outdoor resort. They are trying to keep up the rooms the best they can but there are some things that need help as well. We always loved walking into the hallway and it smelling so clean, especially being in Vegas hotel then coming to this hotel to smell how clean it is was great. The last couple times though , that hasn't been the case. It has lost the clean smell which is upsetting. Our room this time was for sure "surfaced cleaned". There was noticeable trash, food and other stuff on the carpet. The curtain had a huge white smear of some sort that was disgusting. The fridge does not get cold at all. The items they leave for the coffee maker such as sugar, where already wet and stained ,clearly not replaced. The pillows are horrible, too fluffy where you cant even sleep with them. The bathroom was again surfaced cleaned which is gross and the most disgusting thing was the bathroom sink drain did not drain. You're brushing you teeth with a sink full of water and gunk and it takes a hour or so to drain. I had to do a full room cleaning for myself before we were able to unpack which sucks but it's a Vegas hotel and who knows what went on before us. So for some peace of mind I cleaned. Last time we stayed our door wouldn't latch at all so we had to wait 2 hours for maintenance to fix it. That's it in a nutshell. We again love the location and atmosphere that Tuscany has but we are going to try other places because there are quite a few issues and most of all we don't feel like valued/welcomed customers.
