a hidden gem of a hotel. well, I’m in two minds to write this. Let me explain,I’ve been coming to Las Vegas for over 20 years,I have written thousands of reviews truthfully reflecting hotels and restaurants. I’ve stayed in the best most expensive hotels and their best suites , so this leaves me with a dilemma , do I rate the Tuscany suites properly ? I’ve stayed before and rated it as good, well this time I have to be honest, and I hate to do this as I feel I am going to give away a Las Vegas secret. Anyway,I have to be honest, this is a hidden gem !, as I say I’ve been coming here for 20 odd years,so this is how you should vacation. Hire a car, this hotel allows you to park…FREE!, Then, go to Walmart, this hotel gives you a full size fridge…FREE. It’s just off strip, but it’s a 10 min walk. The suites have been redecorated, the bathroom has been re tiled , it’s large clean and has an excellent power shower,a separate bath, a separate toilet. In room coffee machine, air conditioning is an older variant but it’s good, the rooms are very large, very clean and the beds are comfortable, it is raining here , my wife asked for an extra blanket, it arrived in minutes!. Now it also offers room service , it’s not 24 hours, but it’s a new experience in this hotel. I was so happy to be back playing blackjack with a human !,the last time I was here it was covid nonsense. The staff are really friendly, the upkeep on this property is seen everyday, painting and the maintenance staff are everywhere,it’s so clean !,the scent of flowers and the chirping birds takes you away from the strip,it’s so nice to see. The pool area has improved, new beds, but still very clean, with staff waiting on you,I am still here and indeed I have been so impressed I have extended my stay until Wednesday,I never do this, as it can get boring, but it’s priced very reasonably, the only downside I see is with me opening the Tuscany suites up to those who will see this review and I won’t get to keep this gem hidden any longer. I always tell the truth woth these reviews ,rarely do you get a bargain hotel with really good level amenities, the fact you can park, then just walk into your room from the street, without walking miles, then cutting through a casino, then waiting on a lift with others going up 40 floors will only mean something to seasoned vegas travellers,I cannot state enough how private these suites are!. I used to think that this hotel was second rate,I am so wrong,I genuinely can’t fault it, ty again for having the upgraded areas, and importantly, humans to play bj with ! What a difference that makes. I will be using the m monroe cafe and the Bistecca restaurant, as I’ve heard very good things, I used the cafe before and the prices are very good, the Italian restaurant is more pricey ,but it’s very highly rated,so I look forward to forward to trying it out. I just wanted to write this review whilst still in the hotel, it’s that good! Congrats to the owners, this has become my favourite!

Noise is an issue, if that is a concern Two major noise issues. Proximity to airport and noise from hall and above floors. Do not expect to get help with selecting a quieter room location in advance. It is pot luck on arrival only. Rooms are suites, but it is one large square room. You can see the door from the bed.

A great hotel, walking distance from the strip - Recommended The hotel is a complex of buildings, like a village, featuring green lawn areas, a pool, and a large, fantastic fitness center. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It has a refrigerator, but no microwave oven. The bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, and a private restroom with its own door for added privacy. The bed was comfortable, and there was no issue with the room. The front desk staff was great. The location is next to the Tuscany casino, which you have to walk through to get to the restaurant, but it wasn't as smoky as I recalled from the past. The local restaurant was good (services, food, and prices) There's a local cafe and a gift shop with inflated prices, but they were all under one roof, which made staying easy. We walked to the strip, visited the other attractions on foot only, and worked in the room during business hours. The hotel provides a slow Wi-Fi connection, but we had our own equipment. One thing to remember: when you get the room, ensure it is not next to the elevator shaft. You will hear the elevator moving at all hours of the day. This was our room the first night. We requested to change rooms, and the request was fulfilled immediately without any issues. We were there from Monday to Friday, and there were not many people around or in the street. We were told the weekend is a zoo. will definitely revisit this hotel.

Nice room and place but bar should not have live bands playing loudly until past 3AM The resort and casino should absolutely NOT allow bands to play in the bar near the check in area until 315AM in the morning. I was in building H by the pool and could clearly hear that music even with the doors and windows all closed. Other than that the rooms are nice and it is a good value.
