Nice & Close to the Strip We had a great experience overall and didn’t run into any problems. They have a continuously running shuttle that goes to the Paris between 9am-9:30pm. There are two blocks of time when they don’t pick up at one or the other location but outside of that you are waiting maybe 15mins depending on traffic/circumstances. They offered us tickets to the high roller if we would sit through their timeshare presentation. We didn’t have time for that and they didn’t hound us to do it. They had a lot of activities you could sign up to participate in (they did have fees listed where applicable). We did not participate in any but some examples: bingo, trivia, DIY canvas painting, DIY stuffed animals, live magician, cocktails and karaoke, silly putty, and movies. They also had outings for grocery shopping, the South Outlet Mall, Walmart, The Las Vegas Sign, and Fremont.

Looks can be Deceiving This was the first time staying at this property (7/11-7/18)check in was easy and the lobby looked very nice.me. and my family were assigned room 495 a sweet in tower 3 the room had a stale smell but it looked pretty decent nice and clean, but couple days in is when we realized that things weren't what it seemed. The second day we tried to use the jaccuzi soon to find out that the jets were broken.we called for maintenance they came and fixed it but when they left it stoped working again.the central air was cold so cold that we decided to put the temp to 70degrees or above the room all of sudden started to smell like rotten fish. 4th day in we realized the kitchen sink was leaking and the cabinets under the sink was saturated in water.the last night we were there at about 930pm me and my family were cooking dinner and packing up to leave the next morning, all the lights suddenly went black. there was a whole black out in all three or the towers (what the helly) since the stove is electric the food in the oven wasn't able to be fully cooked and the worst part is is that it lasted 5hrs. I will never recommend this property to anybody, the only good thing about the property was the location to so many good of strip casinos but that's it.

Leaf blower spewing exhaust and noise for the past 40 minutes. Management has been notified and done nothing! It's July 7 2025 958a. Pools been open since 9a and a leaf blower's been here since 930a polluting the air with disgusting exhaust and noise!!! Really!!! Common sense and decent customer service dictates maintaining the grounds during pool closing times!!! Texted my complaint and received a reply management was notified. Nothing happened! That was 35 minutes ago.

In Need of Updating ASAP The lobby staff and porters were professional and friendly. Modern & beautiful main lobby. Good TV channels to choose from. Clean tower lobby and outdoor surroundings. The 2-bdrm unit we stayed in at Tower III was very dated. It appeared the only things updated in the unit were the living room couch & chairs and the stools by the kitchen counter. There was a big stain on the carpet near the kitchen. The granite countertops in the bathrooms & kitchen definitely needs re-staining. The kitchen cabinet doors & drawers are scratched. The wooden frame of the mirror in the master bedroom is badly warped. The bottom of the shower door in the master bathroom had really thick hard water stains/build-up. The bathroom sink in the guest bathroom was draining water very slowly. View from our unit was a seemingly abandoned hotel, and partial view of the Sphere.

Family friendly resort Kids loved the pools and activities available at the resort. Close proximity and shuttles to strip made it more convenient. Downside was constant construction on grounds and various maintenance issues found in room
