Did not want leave. Our short stay was excellent. We booked several rooms for two nights. Greeted by Ms.Jessica wonderful personality. Staff professional and attentive assist throughout stay. They really seem to care. Clean hotel rooms. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. We had a nice walk to a lake behind hotel. Bed comfortably is my number one priority and we wanted to sleep in. Good breakfast included. Seating space was tight. Preferably prefer eating as family not to eat in rooms. Ms Jessica also was at check out asked, did we have a nice stay? Mentioned a definite return. My family enjoyed the too short of a stay.

A good stay A good hotel to stay at. The breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious and the shower was absolutely amazing! The only problem we had with this hotel was there was a pastor who was preaching in one of the rooms down the hallway. And he was using a microphone screaming into it. We had travel all day from Atlanta and wanted to get a nap in. we could not because of the screaming preaching. There was an indoor pool and hot tubs which we did not use but seemed a lot of families using it. Would I stay here again? Yes I would not get the first floor again.

Good location, bland poor breakfast, service could be better Stayed at this hotel on a short visit to Baltimore. The hotel is far below other Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have used in the past, which is disappointing. This experience at this hotel is more of a regular Holiday Inn hotel in terms of look and feel; yet they charged so much per night. The breakfast is poor and bland. The location however is okay in Laurel. Service could certainly be better.

Good Enough For Us We stayed here for a hockey tournament and the hotel worked out very well for us. It was only about 10 minutes to the rink. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel also provided us a conference room for the hockey families to congregate as opposed to taking over their lobby. The hotel itself was pretty decent. The common areas were nice. The gym was tiny but had everything needed. The pool and hot tub looked nice, too. Our room was clean which is my number one priority at any hotel. You could tell there had been some updates to the room, which did not extend to the bathroom…or some of the furnishings…but, again, as long as it is clean, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet enough to sleep, then it is acceptable. The employees were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good, as well. I particularly liked that they offered a veggie eggwhite omelette in addition to scrambled eggs, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy bc I watch what I eat:) I would not vacation here or anything, but I’d certainly stay here again next time we are in town for hockey or if it was a business trip or something:)

Ewe This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. The socks shown in the photo are after walking on the carpet. The towel is after wiping up water off the floor. The curtains were falling off the hooks and the bath towel was ragged. Worst place ever.
