Discrimination Lying Arrogance The people are arrogant liars is the best way I can describe them. I reserved a handicap room on the first floor but when I arrived was told I couldn’t have the room I reserved because I have a service dog. My reservation was cancelled until I called Choice while standing in their lobby. The next day I was told there were no handicap rooms available so I would have to move to the 3rd floor for pets that they had no handicap rooms. I went online and checked and saw he was lying again that there were handicap available so loaded up to leave. When he saw that I was leaving he said he would give me the handicap room that he lied and said he didn’t have. I left anyway. I hate liars.

Falling-in floor, huge leak, and horrible service Absolute garbage experience. The room we booked was not what we were offered. The room was obviously having structural issues as the floor sloped significantly down. When we asked for a different room we were told there were none available. Wall outlets were smashed and unusable, and the air conditioner was pouring water all over the floor and still no rooms were available. When going to the front desk it took ten minutes for anyone to come to the front desk and I had to call the hotel number to get anyone to come up. Horrible customer service, no apologies, only an offer to refund through hotels.com. Total ripoff and trashy rooms.

BED BUGS!!!! This place is gross. After finding a bed bug crawling across the bed, I have a photo, I notified the front desk as I was leaving for the day. When I returned they offered me a new room. Both rooms were dirty. First room had debris in the shower. Second room had no hair dryer. Bottom rooms were dirty. The floors were filthy and not even level. Huge dips I'm the floor and even a soft spot in the second room. Minimal bedding on the beds, sheet and thin covers. The door on the second room was warped so you could actually see into the hallway when it was closed. Parking lot is not well lit.

Hope you're not looking to sleep! Where to begin with this place?! It's basically lipstick on a pig. The exterior and even the lobby are warm, inviting and thoughtfully done. Unfortunately, that's where the good times stop. I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights and bailed after night #1. I think the beds were salvaged from the Titanic. There are unfinished hardwood floors that offer more comfort. The heater did not work and the comforter was thinner than toilet paper. After narrowly escaping hypothermia, I turned on the lights in the bathroom to take a hot shower and was greeted with seizure-inducing strobe lights. All of this, plus the smell of soggy Newport ashes in the room was just too much. When I tried cancelling my remaining 2 nights, I was told that wasn't allowed and offered a solid shrug of the shoulders. The only good thing about this place is it's located next to a great restaurant with a full bar. If you are a brave enough to stay I suggest getting drunk first!

Not a good idea We reserved a two queen bed room and received two full sized beds, room had a used tissue on the floor, and little hot water. Also, no butter for waffles or toast. Manager was rude and wouldn't make any adjustments.
