WORST HOTEL EVER If you are thinking about booking this hotel, do yourself a favor, DO NOT. I haven’t stayed at a hotel this gross and seedy since 1995 when I stayed in a Knights Inn at Lake Erie. This place is awful and should be avoided at all costs. Service is terrible too.

DISGUSTING If I could give zero stars I would!!!! We had gotten in town sooner than expected so we called to ask if there was any way we can pay for an earlier check in. They said absolutely no way as the cleaners would be there. Ironically right when we walked in, the floors looked like they have NEVER been cleaned. They were covered in dust, crumbs and hair. The shower bar was broken, the toilet would not flush after multiple attempts, the bed skirt had dried white substance on it which we can all assume where that came from, floorboards were not in place and the table tops in the rooms were not wiped down at ALL. We immediately picked up our belongings in less than 10 minutes and checked out where staff did not even apologize & told us to go thru the third party site for a refund since they cancelled our reservation and were no longer their customer. Best western & Hampton inns are cheaper and close by!

Ryan was fantastic I was recently there for a wedding and Ryan, who worked the front desk, was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Every problem we had he cheerfully and immediately solved. His communication was great and he was eager to help.

BAD Do yourself a favor and do not book a room in this hotel. The lobby had a bad smell, and the rooms were very dark and unpleasant. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Don't book a room in this location. you won't be happy!!!

Avoid at all cost! I don't usually leave bad reviews, but after they reinstated charges after giving me a signed print out to the contrary when we left early, I'm very upset. After many calls and promises we are forced to dispute the charges. Why did we, and about a dozen other families in our group, leave early? Bugs and hairs in the bed sheets (clearly unwashed) and elsewhere in room... Bugs! Not to mention blood stains on my daughter's pillow. This was not a one off - every family had the same experience. And those unlucky enough to be any near the attached Indian restaurant, had to deal with overpowering smells of Indian spices. Now I love Indian food, but not the smell of it in my sheets and clothes. The included breakfast was awful with the cheapest, thinest paper plates that can be purchased. We had to buy breakfast at wawa. Cheap, dirty, and smelly. I'm stunned the department of health has not shut them down. And if you have people checking out due to such conditions, be humble about it and try to fix things. Don't lie to them and reinstate charges hoping they won't notice. Avoid this place!
