Great front desk n facilities Checked in on Oct 09. We were received by two of the most charming front desk associates you could encounter. _ Room wasn't quite ready, so they took extra steps to get us checked in. MUCH appreciated since we arrived at 1300hrs. Quite frankly the staff here are all excellent, met the General Manager who happened to be at the front desk, we engaged in conversation, he then mentioned that we could store our ebikes in a secure area. We declined, but we're impressed that it was offered. Again, clean rooms, clean facility all round. We've stayed here several previous times, honestly, it's the great staff and clean facilities that bring us back. HUGE shout out to the Front desk gal/s. Wish I had got their names.

Hotel is "slipping"! This hotel is "slipping". Room was generally "clean", but the carpet, especially near the entrance looked "dingy". (It doesn't help when the overall carpet color is a dirty brown color.) Window blind did not roll all the way down. The T.V. had no cable connection. (The Front Desk clerk quickly fixed with a "box" from another room---she was amazing!). Room chair had a large soiled "spot" on it. The morning breakfast was sub-normal (based on stays at other Hampton Inns). Worst of all, besides the "dingy" room carpet, was the Lobby coffee was COLD! I'm a Diamond member (i.e., I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels), and I can tell you this hotel appears to lack sufficient management and/or employee training. An Average ("3-Star") rating is NOT good for a Hilton hotel!

July 12 2024 weekend stay Hotel ready when we arrived ~4ish. Used digital app checkin. However, side doors wasn’t working/opening with digital app, so got card keys to help with that. Room fridge wasn’t working well as drinks weren’t getting cold. We needed hydration drinks cold as son was there for soccer and it was 100+ temps that weekend. Asked front desk late at night if we could get either a fridge or cooler to put ice in. She came minutes later to our room with a fridge that worked 100x better. Much kudos to this front desk lady (didn’t catch her name). I assume she was the only worker there as she had to carry that big thing herself. 5* because of her. Location is great because there’s so much food options walkable or just a 5 min drive. Also outlet mall only 5min drive. Ps. Sufficient parking, never full which is also a plus.

Some Minuses, Some Pluses It is so disappointing these days to arrive at a hotel at 4:30 in the afternoon and be told there aren't any clean rooms available. It seems to be a problem industry wide, and I don't know if it is because the hotels are lax in getting people to check out earlier or if it is a staffing issue to clean the rooms. But if you've been driving for 10 hours you don't want to be told to wait another 30 min. to an hour before you can check in. Summer temperatures are hot, you are tired of being in the car, and you can't get into your room. Makes us very angry when the rates have continued to go up. The carpets in room 311 need a good cleaning, as there are spills and spots everywhere. The upholstery on the desk chair was also stained. The window is so dirty you can barely see the sunset. Lighting in the room and bathroom were sufficient and the beds were okay. This is the first Hampton we can remember only having 1 elevator, and it is small. At least it worked. Breakfast was the one bright spot, especially after fresh bananas arrived after being told they were out. Good location for all the fast food restaurants within walking distance, but our room facing Ashton Blvd. was noisy overnight. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Great Business Stay Great clean rooms, fast wifi, very accommodating, and FANTASTIC customer service!! I will be returning again and again to this hotel! The beds are also very comfy and the pillows are great. Anything that I needed, I was simply able to ask the front desk and they took care of it!
