Awful hotel My family and I stayed for one night at the Hammock Levittown Philadelphia hotel. My baby has severe asthma, and this hotel boasted that they were smoke free. The entire lobby wreaked of cigarette smoke, but I attributed it to the smoking outside. We were on the second floor, and when we went up there, someone was actively smoking. The smoke was overwhelming and didnt get any better. My son started coughing and we called the front desk to ket them know and tell them we needed to be moved. She said shed call us back and never did. We went to the front desk after we realized no one was going to get back to us, and other families were having the same problem. Back on the floor, someone was smoking weed IN THE BUILDING. We stayed until we found another hotel and told the person at the front desk we needed to leave for the safety of my son. They wont give us our money back. Please, if you have children, stay the H away from this place.

HEED THIS & EVERY WARNING GO ELSEWHERE Zero stars had to give one in order to comment. This Clarion in Bristol/Levittown is Absolutely disgustingly dirty toilets and bathtub have sewage backing up you cannot go to the bathroom or take a shower in this place lied to on a daily basis that the maintenance man is showing up at 8:00 a.m. and never does 5 days later being a flood victim and having no place else to go I am sick to my stomach. Also no maid even shows up to clean your room change your sheets nor give you towels this is the worst place on Earth not only dirty and disgusting but the rudest girl at the front desk who lies and makes threats to patrons DO NOT EVER step foot in this place if you're going to stay anywhere book at a Holiday inn on Street Road or some places like that with a good reputation because this place is hell on Earth!!!!! By the way they have their own made up outgoing message that there are technical difficulties and no one can answer the phone and you can tell it's a young girl who works there on that outgoing message no one answers the phone because no one wants to be responsible for the conditions of this place it needs to be shut down immediately!!!

Avoid this place!! My stay at this hotel was one of the worst in my life. I was driving across the country and called the hotels explaining that I would be arriving late. I arrived about 03:00 only to find out that my reservation was cancelled, because the night guy despite having given my name, claims he didn't realize that I was the person on the phone. In an effort to make things right, he assigned me a room and showed me as an early check in. When I got to the room, I immediately notice the sofa had a large tear in the material, and tile was pealing of the wall, a desk that looked worked. The Jacuzzi bath tub had standing water in it. I reuested a new room and now had to carry all of my belongs up a flight of steps. The next room. Since it was late and I wanted a shower and some sleep. I got up later that morning and there was no remote. I tried calling the desk but the phone was filthy and didn't work. On my way out I asked for a remote to be dropped off. 3.5 hours later I I returned to the same filthy phone and no remote, no do not disturb signs either and I found an article of clothing in a drawer. I used my cell phone to reprt this and was told i could WALK all the way back to the front desk for a remote. Of course I did and they couldn't find one and said they would bring me one. Later in the evening I went to the buy some dinner and whenI returned, I opened the refridgerator and there was someone elses food already in there?! I call the desk again and the night person said I could get a 3rd room and she would check it first. She did but when I went to double check, I found that the outlet by the desk was blown, and the knob inside the refrigerator was actually missing. I told her I would make do, not wanting to change again. That night I discovered, the ironing board was damage but I was about to fix it and I moved the furniture so I could have access to an outlet. Before going to bed, I discovered the lamp switch by the bed was broken, and the toilet was acting up. In the morning I reported the toilet malfunction. # hours later I called the hotel and asked if it had been fixed. I returned to the room and It was still malfunctioning. Filthy bathroom mirror! I have photo's of everything I have described. OH AND DON'T TRY TO CONTACT CHOICE HOTELS OR EXPEDIA TO COMPLAIN

Awful experience My wife and I stayed here for Xmas, my wife has a seizure alert service dog that stayed with us as well. They charged us a pet fee (against ADA laws) and claimed it was for the “extra cleaning” of the rooms... we got into our room and was greeted with an ungodly smell of dog pee and cigarettes. When I got next to the bed I stepped into dog poop... and there was trash all near the bed... definitely will be calling the manager and asking for a at least the pet fee if not everything I paid for... do not recommend!!!

Negative Stars- HEALTH HAZARD My story is pretty much the same as so many others at this hotel. Trash everywhere, bugs, food, moldy rooms, no hot water, lady at front desk was not only not helpful but always waiting for her to come back from god knows where, we paid for a pull out bed and never received it, broken microwave and fridge, our soap was opened and used already, dirty everything including shower, only one towel, and so much more. There are people who live full time at this hotel who are smoking cigarettes' inside which has made the whole place smell. I stayed in 2 different rooms and I will never stay here again. Cooperate said they could not help me. I called many times and finally spoke with the manager of the hotel who never once apologized but instead said before she could give me a refund she had to investigate like I may be lying... I received a full refund and not an hour later they charged me again for more than the original price of the rooms, When I called to ask why I was being charged more money than the rooms cost days after I left and after I received a refund I was told they were not sure why that happened and I have to wait until the money is no longer pending to receive another refund. I am very pissed and will be sharing photos of everything with the local news stations. You would think especially during a pandemic they would maybe try and sanitize the place.
