Best renovated hotel in Lewiston Maine Despite some negative reviews, our family decided to give this hotel a chance. We were so happy with our decision. The staff was very friendly. On site laundry is a plus when you travel with kids so we were happy about that. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had hot shower and was very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and got a great deal for that. We have stayed at other hotels in Lewiston Maine but this hotel has now become our new favorite spot. There is a good restaurant walking distance. Gas station and other stores are near by too. We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we come back to Lewiston. Shout out to the hotel manager Harry who helped us with everything from extra towels to recommendation for places to visit/eat.

Don’t go here! Don’t go to this place! Rooms was dirty, noisy, and no one would help. Attendant could not speak English. NO BREAKFAST! If you want a third-world undeveloped nation experience, then this is it! And they don’t give refunds, no matter what. Will never go here again.

Not recommended. Stayed here 10/1/2023. I do not recommend. No breakfast. Attendant could not speak English. Their replies that they are remodeling are lies. I believe they may be illegally hiring non-registered foreigners and requested immigration to investigate. If you have had similar incidents PM me (Paul Pribis) and I will add your info to a class action I have a law firm interested in against this business, as well as my complaint with the ME AG OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION. Fraudulently offering breakfast through the mail is a federal offence.

Clean hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good location with nearby restaurants and fun activities to do. There is a great small community with warm and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the go to breakfast at the hotel. Housekeeping provided good service daily.

Revolting There was a mix up with our reservations at a different hotel and the only room available in town was at the Super 8. The miasma of air freshener gushed out of the door when it was opened. It was beyond disgusting but we had been on the road for several hours with several more ahead and we needed the rest. They originally put us on the 1st floor. The perfumed smell of air freshener was so thick it was difficult to breathe and it did little to cover the stench from years of tabacco smoke. The door did not have a chain and the light switch didn't work. We asked for a room on the second floor so we could at least open the window for some oxygen. They did change the room promptly. This room wasn't much better but at least we could leave the window open (although the screen was broken) and the traffic noise was so loud we had to close it before we went to sleep. This room also reeked. The carpet was sticky and I was afraid to take off my shoes. The toilet seat was only attached on one side and it almost slid off after use. There was mold in the tub. The TV didn't work and I had to go down to the front desk to ask for it to be fixed because the phone didn't work. It was extremely difficult to communicate with the woman at the front desk. The owners should be ashamed to ask people for money to stay here. It's not the worst room I've stayed in during my travels but it comes very close. Don't stay here.
