Parking Fee Hotel was adequate but I noticed on my bill that they charge $5.33 for parking. I could understand if this was a busy metro area or if it was a secure lot. But this is a safe residential and business headquarter area. Ridiculous policy. This will be my last stay at this property.

No coffee, coffee cups, body wash, ice or WiFi. This place needs employees who aren't lazy. Lots of hair in the shower Other guests have complained about the same things three months ago and still there is no change. I'm wondering about my sheets being changed because no one there seems to give a care. This is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Terrible

Disappointing We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament. When booking we were told it had been recently remodeled. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The carpet in the rooms were disgusting. Stains everywhere. The shower had mildew and the toilet had stains. This hotel is by far the worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at.

Housekeeping Problems A friend and I stayed here as part of a package deal for a music festival. The staff was very friendly but housekeeping was sub-par. Check in was easy and no fuss. But when we got to our room, I immediately noted trash on the desk. It was just a coffee packet opened, but still. There was also no bar soap in the bathroom. Luckily my friend had brought his own toiletries and had a bar of soap. That proved especially fortuitous when we found that the shower gel dispenser was empty. The next morning mentioned both the trash and the lack of soaps to the clerk at the front desk. She was very apologetic and made a note. When we returned in the afternoon, we found that only one of our beds was made (despite both being slept in), a bar of soap in the bathroom, and still no shower gel. The next morning I said something again to the clerk, who again apologized and made another note. When we returned in the evening we found a new bottle of shower gel on the bathroom vanity—the empty one was still hanging in the shower. (This time both our beds had been made though.) The last night we were there there was no housekeeping done to our room. Not a big deal, we just thought it was odd since they didn’t seem to have followed the every other night housekeeping that hotels sometimes do ( after informing you of course).

Pleasant People but Unpleasant Room and Food The Bed was the worst bed my wife and i have EVER slept in at any hotel. The morning breakfast was barely tolerable and toasters that didnt work. The staff was very kind and helpful, made stay pleasant on that issue, but you have a ways to go to get this awful excuse for a Hilton property up to speed
