Was great until it wasn’t. I have stayed at this location multiple times in the last month with each visit my experience got worse and worse ending with the ceiling leaking on us and not being able to provide us with a new room that had all the accommodations that room should have

Ewwwwww This place was disgusting. First of all we checked in and after everything was settled and we were given our room keys the desk clark said oh by the way we have no water and I don’t know when we’ll be able to get it back on, but will let you know. Ummmm. It was hours before it was back on. When we did get to the room, it smelled clean. Checked the beds.. they were clean and seemed comfy. We had a small dog with us and we noticed she was picking up gain on her leash, so I went and asked for a broom… wow was it dirty. We spent the next hour wiping things down. And then went to explore Lexington. When we came back rather late the room smelled very musty and moldy. As it was late we just went to bed. Showers the next day we found an abundant amount of mold. Other than comfy beds….. this place is a health hazard

Room was clean; staff was friendly The room was clean & had all the basic amenities like coffee maker, fridge, & microwave. Breakfast was plentiful, with eggs, sausage patties, toast, bagels. cereal, yogurt, etc., along with the waffle maker. Staff was helpful & friendly. The location is convenient to the highways, downtown, & Kentucky Horse Park.

Surprise Family Visit I recommend this hotel based on cold AC, location and cleanliness of room. The pool area needs attention to remove termites and overgrown weeds.

BEWARE To begin, I called four times on 06/20 to speak directly with the front desk. Consistently rang without answer. I had to call the Marriott Reservation line to speak with someone about my late arrival time. Upon my arrival at 12:30am the night auditor was on her phone upon our arrival and was not very hospitable. She found it amusing I didn’t know where my room was but neglected to ask If I had stayed prior (I had not). A start to a terrible stay. I booked as it was economical and it was a stopping place for me after driving all day. The room was the worst part; ripped pillow cases, bugs in the room, a significant amount of dust, and debris in the a/c unit. Additionally they do not use mattress encasements or pillow protectors which made the stain on the other mattress feel even dirtier. (The left mattress thankfully did not have stains) Due to my arrival time and exhaustion I sucked it up and waited to chat with the front desk in the morning. In the morning the housekeeper knocked at 9:20am when we never confirmed with the desk we departed which added to our frustrations. Upon visiting the desk, the agent didn’t even apologize or offer a discount and stated she would “pass it along”. I am passing along I will never stay here again.
