**DO NOT RECCOMEND** I WAS LEFT OUTSIDE W/ NO PLACE TO STAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MILITARY PERSON LEFT OUTSIDE. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR THREE REASON, I WAS LEFT WITH NOWHERE TO STAY AND THEIR CUSTOMTER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY ALSO DID THE SAME TO A MILITARY PERSON WHICH IS SOMETHING I WILL NEVER RESPECT AS THEY RISK THEIR LIVES FOR US. I will try to explain as best and short as I can. I Called facility on 4/11/2024 to confirm if they were pet friendly and WHAT WAS THEIR latest check-in TIME as I was driving 4hrs to the hotel. Per their customer service they said facility was pet friendly and latest check-in is midnight. If anyone arrives after might night the reservation will be canceled. Arrived at 11:51pm and main lobby was closed and no one was around. Only people was able to access the main lobby were people with hotel badges. There was a phone for late check-in > called and they hang up on me. Called again and tried to check in > person on the other line said to call (413) 463-3518. Called the number and they said they will send someone down to open the main door and get me checked in. Waited in the main lobby for about 30 minutes (12:20) and no one showed HERE WERE TWO OTHER PEOPLE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE, INCLUDING A MILITARY PERSON. Called the number again and I was directed to call (240) 725-0100 > talked to one of their employees and they said I am late (I arrived at 11:51pm) to check in and cannot check-in because late check in is 10pm. Provided me a different number to call to help me (877) 651-2124. I couldn't get help because the number they provided me are ONLY OPEN M-F. After some back and forth and making the long story short they said my reservation was canceled and marked as "NO SHOW" and I will NOT be able to get a refund. Asked them if I could book another room to stay for the night because I drove 4rs and they said they cannot help me. I LITERARLY GOT SCAMMED. SHUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. AT THIS TIME I WAS LEFT OUTSIDE ALONG WITH MY FRIEND AND MY PUPPY WITH NOWHERE TO STAY. THANKS TO THE MILITARY GUY THAT WAS THERE HAD AND WAS ABLE TO LOCATE ANOTHER CLOSE BY HOTEL TO SPEND THE NIGHT. I WILL DEFINATLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER EVER BOOK A STAY WITH ANY OF THEIR FACILITIES.

Is ok for one night if there is no other choice. Hotel has big potential, is kind old fashion design "hotel room with kitchen annex and private restroom. But all facilities were old one. Hotel breakfast is just muffin and coffee. Whole hotel was marked as nonsmoking, but corridors were smelly and coldly. Rooms are not silent one, you hear snoring of your neighborhood or party in next room. Air con is so old and noisy.

Needs major improvement This hotel is very misleading, they do not offer any amenities,no standard basics, like soap, shampoo, lotion, not even coffee or tea, no continental breakfast, you have to pay extra for the bare basics, you will get locked out after hours, the front desk is closed most of the day, there is no housekeeping on weekends, which is crazy to me, they don't answer the phone, my sister and I went to dinner came back at 9 pm we were locked out, used the courtesy phone , it rang for several minutes, no answer, we waited 10 min then called again still ringing, no answer, finally I decided to check around the back of the hotel and was able to get in through that door, extremely unsafe for a woman at night. They had white powder all around the room which tells me that had a problem with roaches. Ceiling was cracked with a horrible patch job, The kitchenette has nothing, you have to buy pans, plates etc.. I did appreciate the fridge and microwave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, my advice would be to spend a few more dollars to stay at one of the other hotels in the same area.

Beware of unusual PII data collection with Extended Stays American Hotel BEWARE of booking and paying for stays at Extended Stays America hotel chain for future reference. Their manager at the Lexington Park location stated that the company policy required hotel guest to present valid ID not only for the registered guest but for all your family members in your party above 18 years old regardless if they don’t carry one or not. They are required to scan a valid ID, either a drivers license or passport and keep electronics copies of all your group’s ID. When I refused to provide my other family member’s ID for them to scan, I was denied the stay for the night on my fully paid reservation for a room. I had to notify my booking service to request a refund and drive away to another town to get a night stay. This policy was not explicitly stated in their website or booking policy. I contacted the manager , the customer care hot line and they refused to address this issue at a higher level except stating that they would offer a full refund at the request of my booking agency. They can not or will not notify this complaint to corporate for this unreasonable policy that I have never encountered at any other hotel chain before. I also think this situation should be considered an invasion of privacy for a company to gather unnecessary PII information that can lead to future identity theft opportunities for consumers of this hotel chain. .
