A New Kind of Welcome Stayed one night here during a weekend visit to Lincoln. A pleasant surprise was the friendly staff through out the stay from check in to check out. They made fresh waffles in the morning in the breakfast individually for guests. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of choices. Room was fully equipped including with a microwave and a fridge. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. In summary, a very good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Worst hotel ever Rude manager (unaware of her name due to her not disclosing her name). A brief description- tattoos, dirty brunette hair, and glasses. We were placed in the wrong type of room, later got placed in correct room after fighting with the her and receiving horrible looks and attitude, but the room had a nasty tv remote, all lights were unplugged as well as the tv. I was also physically shocked while trying to plug in the power strip into the outlet that had no wall plate for the appliances. The powerstrip contained the refrigerator, microwave, tv and cable box. There were also no additional outlets for any personal devices that we brought. As well as this, it smelled absolutley disgusting of grease. My wife and i could not stay any longer. As we checked out we were unable to receive a refund for our two day reservation as, in her words, "i don't have your money." After again, fighting with her relentlessly and her later refusing to speak to us and refusing to get a manager, we left. We are still working on getting our money back. If i could rate this place a zero stars, i would. Worst hotel i have ever been and have never been treated so poorly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Their treatment of paying customers is disgusting as well as the rooms.

Comfort And Hospitality I chose this hotel for just a 1-night stay while my father was in the local hospital and was pleased at first with the very economical 1-night rate. The room itself was very adequate and clean. What I was blown away with, however, was the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the hotel manager. I wish I would have written down his name, but he not only asked about my dad the next morning (after having told him of his surgery) but was so very accommodating at the included breakfast. He offered to make me a Belgian waffle. I'm not lying either when I say I've never slept better in a hotel than I did the night I stayed at this hotel. A+++ on customer service!

Could not sleep Found this hotel while looking for a place while on our way to Colorado. Checkin was good pleasant person. Room was clean our purpose was to sleep and get on the road early. Noise in room prevented that, heater noises, toilet keep running until we just turned water off, the biggest noice came from trains running all night long. Breakfast was ok

Welcome Hospitality & Comfy Bed in A Storm I stopped in here on the way from North Platte during a really rough snow storm. I got the last room available and was grateful to get off the road. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. Everything one would expect. For me what kicked it over the top was the hospitality: the owner was very personable with a great sense of humor which was soooooo welcome after nearly 9 hours of a drive that should have taken half of that time and gotten me home. He joked with me and was so kind. At breakfast the next morning, he came in and made my waffle (really delicious waffle) and visited with every traveler assembled. You can get a room anywhere but getting that level of personal care is rare, even in higher priced establishments.
