Weekend I went to this hotel because it was close to an event i was attending. I was very disappointed. The room was clean but it was noisy. The elevator door is loud and the refrigerator makes noise. Please make sure you read the reviews before booking this hotel.

Two Queens Beat a King Any Day I’ll be brief. The hotel suck and the hospitality was anything but hospitable. After a long day of travel, expecting to get a double queen they decided to give my room to someone else and convince me that a family of 4 should sleep in a king. After explaining to the front desk that this was unacceptable, the lady at the front desk begin to raise her voice out of frustration because I refused to go along to get along. So now it is 1:00 AM my wife, two children ages 2 and 9, are scrambling to find a hotel. I ended up finding a hotel at triple the cost.

Close to the airport Room was not very updated, bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillows offered (I use my own so can't comment). Small sink, tv, old wallpaper, the air-conditioned unit quit working on the last night. Good location, about a 5 minute drive to/from the airport. They have a restaurant (descent breakfast 15$ and dinner 35$ ok). They offer room services, but I did not order.

Bad experience I checked in this hotel on May 14, 2024 at 4:30 PM. when I asked for an early wake up call the lady had to ask someone else how to do this. I got my keys and went to my room, had dinner and back in my room at 8:00 PM. I went straight to bed. At around 10:30PM there was a loud banging on my door and yelling, that I had to come out of my room. The person (who happened to be a security guard) yelled that I had not paid for my room and if I didn't come out he would call the police. I jumped out of bed, fell in the process and later found out that I had four fractures in my foot. I called downstairs and they knew the security guard was by my room, I talked to the front desk manager and she explained to me, that the girl who had checked me in was new, she didn't know how to check in through a third party (Expedia) and I was not in the system. I think they could have handled this a lot better, by calling me in the first place or address THEIR mistake, when I checked out. I was in a cast for three months, have been calling back and forth with the front desk manager, who no longer works there anymore and have sent an letter to the Regional Manager of the hotel. So far NO response from him. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone or make sure that the person that checks you in knows what he or she is doing

Unacceptable and Horrible Experience Unfortunately, the experience was the worst experience of ever had with working with a hotel in my 15 plus years of event coordinating. The presentation on the website is no where near what the property really presents and offers. My team and I had a walk through with the salesperson and we were appalled and shocked at what we saw and found. The property really needs a lot of work, maintenance, upgrades and overall facelift. The main ballroom and meeting rooms are dated and unkept. The walls are peeling, water stains in the ceiling, the chairs were dirty and old (even though the said they cleaned all the chairs before our conference started). Not to mention, the steps for the stage were broken and a safety hazard (the manager actually bought new steps because of my complaint). However, the salesperson (Corinne Washington) didn't think she could do anything about it because of management (Chris Phillips). I asked if they wanted a lawsuit if someone got injured on the taped up steps. Management is a piece of work. Then there was the issue with air conditioning in the ballroom. There was none! The attempted to accommodate by bringing in portable units (after the Chris Phillips had the nerve to make unprofessional comments to me in front of my staff that he was doing us a favor and how this cost him so much money to do). However, they were not adequate because it was extremely hot. A few attendees actually got sick from heat exhaustion because it was so hot in there. One of the units stopped working and when we reported it, nothing was done. The very last day of the conference was absolutely miserable. The rooms were not good either nor clean. The rooms need updating. Some of the rooms we had, the air conditioning wasn't working. There were rooms where the bathrooms or shower were leaking water out in to the hallway and the carpet was wet with water. The hotel is very much understaffed, management is terrible which causes some of the staff to have really bad attitudes. The Manager Chris Phillips, initially, was not a very nice person at all. Corinne Washington was pleasant to work with until management put pressure on her. There seemed to be a lack of communication between management and the rest of the team. In the end, Chris actually attempted to be as helpful as possible with whatever we needed. We just didn't know or I didn't know how he was going to be from one minute to the next. I would not come back to this property and would not recommend this property to any of my constituents. Do not book your even there. This experience was underwhelming and unacceptable.
