Brilliant staff. What a brilliant experience. What makes it so special?? The team who run the complex. From the moment we arrived until we left every member of staff was outstanding. Courteous, friendly, professional and engaging. The whole 2 nights including golf and spa were fantastic. We upgraded to an air conditioned apartment and enjoyed watching the club championship golfers try to work out the super quick greens. We didn’t the day before! Dinner was good and only slight criticism is they could extend the menu slightly to offer more variety. Having said that the prawn cocktail was delicious. Spa is great and we enjoyed it so much my wife and her best friend are returning in early August. We are also looking to bring the 2 teenagers with us as we know they will love all the faculties including the sports bar. Please do treat yourself to a great time here.

Georgina Ward PT I have just joined Elevation Gym and Spa and have been given an induction and personal exercise programme by Georgina Ward. She listened to my needs and showed such enthusiasm in me to help me get fitter, stronger and healthier. I feel very inspired and am looking forward to progressing.

Fantastic 2 night stay Stayed here for a 2 night 3 rounds of golf package, absolutely loved it. Excellent golf course, the bars are great afterwards, the food in the evening was delicious. I was a bit disappointed breakfast was a buffet but it turned out to be the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. The gym was really impressive, huge high ceilings with an excellent view out of the golf course, equipment was all very good as well. Spa and swimming pool was decent. Very friendly and helpful guys in the pro shop. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

A brilliant hotel for a group We had a lovely stay as a group. It’s set up well with everything you need. I even managed to get a toothbrush. All the staff, especially reception and the spa team were helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble for them. The F&B team in Kings carvery could do with a more friendly approach. The majority were abrupt or rude apart from the younger team serving the tables. I understand they deal with a lot of people but especially on welcoming people , a hello how are you goes a long way. The food itself was cooked really nicely by the chefs, so thanks to them. The rooms are dated but were comfortable and had a fan in them. I am glad we weren’t there over the heatwave. The spa treatments were wonderful and it’s a beautifully decorated area to relax in. For the robes on a spa package it’s £10 and you then get this returned to you, so no problem. They’ve obviously had to many taken. I think one note would be to look at your booking terms, as when I researched it, it was much better for us to book with spabreaks.com as they only take a deposit and you can pay in instalments. Thank you to everyone. We will definitely return at some point.
