Comfort Inn & Suites Little Rock Airport

Fabulous stay First night out for vacation we stayed there. Great nights sleep, Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfy. JoDee (mgr) was very nice and funny. Left early the next morning for the rest of our travels. On way home, we decided to stay there again. When we walked in JoDee was there and remembered what we had talked about 10 days earlier. Again, room was clean, bed was super comfortable and JoDee was very personable and funny. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Keep up the great job you're doing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Think bedding was so great because of the mattress pad. (I'm smiling, inside joke)

Run down This hotel is pet friendly (1st to 3rd floors) probably because it is so run down that it wouldn't matter if the fur babies had accidents. The halls and rooms smell like an old smoking hotel that has now become nonsmoking. The room was very dark (pic 3) and lots of unmaintained items. It felt dirty. For an efficiency, there was NOTHING in the cabinets or drawers, no cups, plates, utensils. Very disappointed. *The pillows were nice and the room was soundproof (couldn't hear the airplanes)

TERRIBLE I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and the rooms smelled so bad of cigarette smoke Everywhere and alcohol. The manager JoDee Hansen was very disrespectful and rude. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel after the disrespectful behavior we experienced.

Comfort Inn - Closest Hotel to Little Rock Airport First, this hotel is the closest to the airport. You will still need to take the shuttle bus. Second, it is probably the oldest lodging in the immediate area around the airport. The room and bathroom seem dated. I didn't get in until after midnight, so I don't recall whether the room had a safe, micro or iron. The room did not have a minibar. Bed and TV were OK. Carpet was a little dingy. Quiet. Odd that what appeared to be the closet was covered with a large mirror that seemed to seal off that space. The large mirror had a handle stuck on it but it would not open. Simply weird. So no place to hang clothes. Third, when I arrived and got in the elevator it had food on the floor. However, the elevator was clean in the morning. The check in was good. Conclusion: this is a 2.5 to 3.0 hotel.

Beware We stayed in this hotel on our way home from a long drive out of state from having a surgical procedure. We checked in late at night and checked out early morning. Although, the room we stayed in did not have a privacy curtain, we made the best of it because we were exhausted and I was ready to rest. After checking out and once we arrived home, we realized we were charged an additional $177, when we contacted the hotel, the manager proceeded to become belligerent and called us "thieves". She made the accusation that we stole her queen size mattress covers. We were so confused as we have never been accused of anything from any hotel, let alone theft. However, during the whole conversation the general manager was completely belligerent and unprofessional to where she hung up on us. We filed a formal complaint with Choice hotels and they were of no help. We were discriminated and Choice hotels did nothing to rectify this. However we were informed the general manager provided no proof. So not only does she have no proof but she took money from us without even informing us until we had to call to find out if this was an error. Please beware and take pictures or videos when you stay here or even have a front desk staff member look at your room before you depart to ensure you do not get false charges against you. Lesson learned and we will never stay at another Comfort Inn again.
