Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock-West, an IHG Hotel

Dirty Motel Hotel is not very clean, in the bathroom there was a coffee bean in the tissue compartment and something that looked like a booger under the mirror. The ice machine was filthy and a flee was in one of my frozen ice cubes. As we were going down to the ground floor on the back elevator, there was trash in back of the elevator visible as the elevator reached the ground floor. Okay place to visit if you don't mind filth.

Safe area to stay but plan to spend extra on breakfast elsewhere. We came to Little Rock to have a look around as we will be relocating there. We picked this hotel due to the pics and reviews. We stayed 3 nights here. The room was nice. Bed comfy, plenty of pillows. We felt safe coming and going. What made the stay so unsatisfactory was the breakfast. We usually love the free breakfast and I pick hotels based off that, so we don't have to run out the door first thing just to eat. But we sure did these 3 days. The same over microwaved turkey sausage patties and links every day. The pancake machine needed the belts cleaned so they shut it off. I tried to have oatmeal instead and it was so watered down and just gross that I can't imagine anyone ate it. Such a waste. We each had a banana and had early lunches every day. Also, do you not have hot chocolate packets for your guests? I would pick a different HIE to stay at if you plan to count on breakfast as a meal. Your breakfast attendant was not personable at all. I work at a hotel and am the breakfast attendant. This may be why I am more irritated at this than some others would be, but, smile, welcome your guests, see if you can do anything for them... Also, when an item is out, refill it. Your guests appreciate the small things and will keep coming back. End of rant...

Solid place to stay This is always my go-to stay because of its location’s access to my destination. It is usually clean and the staff is always professional. This time the room smelled of smoke. Oh well; I can’t imagine how difficult it is to keep that out. I’ll be back.

Good hotel to stay, recently renovated On our last journey we picked the hotel for 2 day stay and that was a good choice. Rooms are very spacious and was recently renovated which made a big difference. Breakfast provided and there was a plenty of parking space available. Pool is available in the property. Only one drawback is the sound from outside door which was located next to our room seems to be little annoying.

Great as expected Very pleased with our stay. Easy to locate and easy to get out on the road! Nice, clean, quiet, and on par with IHG standards as expected. Breakfast was hot and fresh, rooms clean, air worked, and they did try to accommodate us with a baby bed, but another family was already using it. We will be staying here again in the future I’m sure!
