If you need to find a place close to hospitals in the area, this is a great place to stay! The guests are friendly and have helped me out. This has been my first stay. I recommend this hotel to people who need a safe place and comfortable.

Not what’s expected of ESA I’ve one good thing to say about this particular Extended Stay America-the bed was decent. This was a last minute booking. My sister is receiving radiation treatment @UAMS, the American Cancer Society recommended this place and gave a code for discount. Upon entering, no one was around. I waited nearly 10 minutes, then used phone to call someone. Desk manager answered and told me he was cleaning rooms and asked me to wait for check in. It was 3:00pm- check in time. Don’t understand why, @ check in time he was away from front desk but okay. I asked for a luggage cart, was told “if it’s not at the vending machine, someone has it”. We were on 3rd floor, my 1st trip up with our things, I looked for the cart, on all floors, I never seen such cart. Never seen desk manager again, nor any other ESA employee. Therefore, i was unable to ask anyone about said cart. I made 4 more trips up to the 3rd floor carrying everything myself. Get into room.. no welcome sheet, no WiFi, no coffee machine, no ice bucket, no table lamp next to beds. The ESA card on table instructed us to call desk for “whatever we needed, dial 0”..in room phone did not work. I used my cell to call, desk was shut down-@6:30pm??? Left out @7-7:30 next morning, no ESA employees in sight. No complimentary breakfast—nothing. Room should’ve-not could’ve—-should’ve been cleaner, elevator was awful, lobby was a mess, front door entrance was a mess. Felt sketchy to say the least. Undoubtedly my worst experience at this chain of hotels. Sad! And even sadder is that this is where the American Cancer Society sends patients! Absolutely not accommodating. We have 6 more weeks of treatment for my sister, we won’t be back here. Yes, it was that bad.

Please do not stay here. Stay anywhere else Please don’t stay here, Blake will steal your money and kick you out without giving you a reason. Police will get called Please fire Blake and return money to everyone he has stolen from! Okay, met with the general manager Blake. Very unpleasant man. For someone who works in hospitality, this person was not very hospitable. I arrived at 1:15 on Sunday January 23, 2022. I asked if i could check in. I was simply told the maids are not done cleaning rooms so i don’t know what is available, then instructed to come back at 3 for check in. Of course i come back at 3 and Blake is gone and Shanice helped check us in. Apparently Blake had also assigned us a room even tho he did not know what was available. I work overnight, come back at 7am. Slept until 1pm when Blake said he had received complaints and needed to inspect the room. Now not wanting to have any issues i comply and let him in. He then proceeds to touch my things and move them to look under things. At that point i instructed him that he can’t do that and he needs to stop and leave. He called the cops prior to inspecting the room. They are already downstairs. At that point at were told We had to leave. I do not know what complaints he reviewed because we never got any. Within 23 hours we were kicked out and not allowed to receive any money back to find accommodations elsewhere. I was robbed of $371.92. I need someone to contact me and give me an explanation. I will be waiting… btw this was a work trip and woodspring has been my go to for work trips. Please don’t stay here, if i read these reviews first i would have stayed in my car! I reached out to nationwide hotel management group. I have called Linda DeLeon and ask soon waiting on an answer. None of the execs are willing to gif this serious problem they have. They are the management company overseeing this property. Here, you too should reach out to them nationwide hotel management. It is not a corporate location. The corporate locations are respectful and customer orientated. These people are thieves. Look at how many bad reviews there are here. Don’t do it, please don’t do it, stay anywhere else please please please! Again I’m waiting on a response, a real one. Not one of these generic responses from the guest engagement team…

BEWARE of Scamming manager and bugs!!! I paid for a seven night room stay at Woodsprings Suites, Little Rock, AR. I paid $386.54 and only stayed one night on October 21, 2021. I was kicked out by your manager named Blake on October 22, 2021 in the early am. My guest woke up from being bitten by a bug. She went into panic mode and became upset and cried uncontrollably. I was approached by Blake who at first seemed sincerely concerned but it all changed because my guest couldn’t stop crying. Blake and my guest had words and he ordered us to leave the premises and stated that he would call the police. While riding down the elevator with Blake I was very apologetic and tried to calm the situation. I told him that I had paid for a week and asked that he please return the unused portion. He answered no and ordered me out. I left because I didn’t want the issue to escalate. I’ve never been in trouble and didn’t want any conflict and I was afraid. I contacted my bank to make them aware and the issue has not been resolved. I stayed one night and should be only charged for that night. My money has been stolen and potentially pocketed. Someone needs to do an audit. Blake called the police on me October 22, 2021. There was no reason. I am asking that I please be refunded the remaining balance.

Do Not Stay in This Fly infested nasty Hotel Do not stay here. I was sent here on business corporate travel. And had recently had them removed. This motel is nasty and not up to par for anyone. Again, for the amount I seen they are charging, go somewhere else. I would never bring my family here
