Stay Away... My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for several weeks before discovering a SPIDER INFESTATION. Initially, we noticed a single spider every few days and killed it. Then, over a few days, we killed three spiders together, followed by a fourth. This is when my girlfriend mentioned she killed a couple when I was out, which reminded me I had also killed a couple when she wasn't there - so we realized it was more around 10 spiders in a short period. I decided to investigate further. BEHIND ALMOST EVERY OUT-OF-SIGHT AREA, THERE WERE SPIDERS. Inside the lampshades, behind both curtains, and behind my nightstand, I found two live spiders that I had been sleeping less than a foot away from every night. - I have images. - I have video. - An older review here on TripAdvisor a guest accused the hotel of having bed bugs. The hotel's response? They claimed they don't have bed bugs - just "spiders and beetles." I also know there was another guest who was there the same time as us who complained about the same thing. SO THIS IS ESTABLISHED: Via photographic evidence, multiple other guests, and even admitted by the hotel themselves. ...so obviously, they called me a liar and tried to say i'm just trying to get money back. I expected them to think "You stayed for a month" to be some kind of point against me. Not really though. Yes, we tolerated the occasional spider, without complaint by the way. I don't expect magic, sometimes spiders get inside. I'm seriously a reasonable person. It's once we discovered there were many more hiding behind furniture and curtains, after 10 had already been killed, that we knew there was a problem and left IMMEDIATELY. These webs weren't new, they were thick, multi-layered and clearly there for some time. I had been sleeping inches away from spiders behind the nightstand. But the hotel believes they can expose guests to situations like this and if you don't die, you don't get to complain. California law states that any place with an "infestation of insects, vermin, or rodents" is not legal to rent out - The law is NOT confusing, it's not one of those laws that use complex words and only a lawyer can understand it. So I demanded my money back. WAS WAY TOO NICE and even offered to let them keep $1500 of what I paid and put that towards fixing the problem. Guess what the manager said? My claim had "NO MERIT." ..how would you address an issue that had "no merit"? You'd do nothing. SO BEWARE: I was the second person to complain about spiders that week, they refuse to accept reality. Probably aware if they admit it that I am entitled a refund for what I spent on a room that was not up to code, and shouldn't have been rented out. I believe the head manager is also the owner, which is a situation that can be great if they're a good person. But if they're greedy, they hear 'refund' and think of their own personal bank account. An manager who is simply employed and paid a salary would THANK me for both offering to let them keep $1500 to address the problem, I world have kept the situation private. It's not a threat 'money or you get a bad review' - it's a matter of WARNING PEOPLE they gave no indication they will do anything to resolve an issue, as my only interaction with them involved them pretending it isn't real. It's just such awful business, even from a purely greedy standpoint - because the truthful reviews from me and others mentioning these serious issues will cost them WAY MORE than a refund and addressing the issue. But some people believe if they don't have to give up anything, even knowing they were in the wrong, its a 'win' to them. In reality, now you're not just the spider infested hotel, you're also now the hotel with awful customer service. Unfortunately there's no way to make them understand that. So STAY AWAY, if you're looking for a place to stay, keep looking.

Great for Our Needs We were having remodeling work at our home and needed to move out. Also have 2 cats and I am on a very strict medical diet due to a health issue. Sens Suites is open to pets, for a fee, and a nicely furnished kitchen, as I was unable to eat the Sens provided breakfast. Room was very well laid out with pretty much you might need. Quiet grounds. Because of the rainy weather, we did not use the pool or the firepits in the evening, but they look great. Very friendly and professional staff.

Worst experience ever There was a mouse and it's feces on the kitchen counter. There were pincher bugs in the bed. The mattress was lumpy. The hot water was slow. The toilet didn't flush all the way. The carpets were sticky. The window trim was splintered and chewed. The staff didn't care and didn't offer an apology or compensation. Worst experience ever
