Great room! I was very happy with the room and the service that you received at this hotel. We would definitely stay there again and we were pleased with all of the amenities and how close our hotel was to a Walmart for anything else we needed. Literally across the street!

When in Logan, Utah…STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Wyndham Super 8 Logan It was horrible! We walked into a room that was smelly and felt like it was about 85°. We immediately went down the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) and let the gal know. She said she would move us to another room the next day as soon as she had one available. We had asked for the first floor because I had just had total knee replacement on both knees and the stairs were very difficult for me. She said it wasn’t going to be a problem. We finally decided we were going to watch some TV for a little while because we couldn’t go to sleep because of the heat and the TV wasn’t working. We called downstairs and apparently the managers son came up to fix the TV and the kid just complained about the remote not working the whole time and that he did not know how to fix anything. He was so frustrated. He just kept saying I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. After messing around with it for about 15 minutes, my husband looked and found out that the cords weren’t even plugged into the TV correctly or the wall. The next morning we went down and talked to her again. She came up with excuses of why she couldn’t give us another room, but said she would keep trying. On the third night we went down again to talk to the guy at the front desk. He asked if he could go up and check the AC. My husband went up with him and about 10 minutes later he came down and it was fixed. He said that the filter had not been cleaned for a long time and it was disgusting. My husband also showed him the food wrapper under the bed and the broken casters on the chair. We asked if we could talk to the manager to find out if we could get the room discounted but was told that he is not available for contact on weekends. The only time we were cooled off was going to the pool… which didn’t look anything like the pictures that are on the website. We had to ask for towels, two nights in a row and the lady acted like we were pulling her teeth to get them. The only highlight of this entire stay was Brock who came up and fixed the AC on the last night we were there. Very disappointed in Wyndham Super 8 in Logan. We question whether to ever stay at a Wyndham Hotel anywhere! Thank you Brock! The rest of the staff needs to be fired!

Utilitarian As I had booked an “accessible room” entry into/out of the shower was reassuringly safe. Breakfast was adequate for a start to the day. Staff were friendly. Issue with the large amount of water in the toilet bowl which meant that, when sat on toilet, my scrotum was dipped in the liquid in the toilet

Cleanliness Room had a foul Oder and the A/C filter was filthy. We were charged for 3 people when we only had 2.
