Terrible room conditions with no response from either the Manager or Owner. We had hoped to talk with a Manager or Assistant Manager in person when we checked out mid-morning, but they were not on site. I emailed the Manager and Owner twice with absolutely no response. Our concerns are below: • When I made our reservations, I was offered a room with 2 king beds and a balcony. I was not told that the balcony was shared with the room next door removing the option of leaving the door open or unlocked. Unless we wanted to stand outside, the balcony was not beneficial. Additionally, there was a warning on the balcony door to not let the door close while on the balcony as the room key card may not work to get back in. • We had to let the shower run longer than the time it took us to shower to get it to barely warm water temperature. It never got to a temperature we were looking for. We couldn’t imagine the amount of water wasted while waiting for it to warm up. • The sink water was cold regardless of the handle position or time left running. • The bathroom door would not latch and opened on its own several inches. • The air conditioner/heater unit cycled constantly between two different noises regardless of reaching temperature and the fan settings didn’t make any difference to the air flow or sound. This made it very difficult to sleep unless we turned it off completely which made the room temperature unacceptable. (We have stayed in rooms with the same unit, at other brands and it didn’t behave like this one.) • The TV presented us with a code with someone else’s name on it and when I tried to turn it off, was prompted with an option to pay now or later. There was no information about this in the room and when we checked out, no charges were applied but it was still confusing. We have stayed at this location before and never had any issues. Our stay was unacceptable and certainly not worth the $187.87 we paid. And as far as alerting the front desk to our issues, we were not interested in having any workmen in our room for any length of time as the majority of the issues should have been identified when the room was cleaned prior to our stay.

Great place We had gotten the pet room not expecting much. But it is indeed a very pet friendly place with super nice staff. Extra comfy king size bed and nice pillows. Brand new TV, great water pressure in the shower(it did tend to fluctuate, but not bad).

They will call the police and lie on you than kick you out lie about smoking in the rooms Front desk girl called 911 saying we abused our 31year old son . Than she scammed at us in front of fireman saying we abused our son and we were crazy .than they lied about smoking in the rooms and told us we couldn’t stay ..

Poor breakfast and very little sleep The good: The room was large and clean. Front desk people were friendly. The bad: Instead of a hot breakfast, there was a handwritten sign saying "Sorry, no hot breakfast items due to weather" The outside temps were low 60's to 80's, so there was no reason to avoid serving breakfast! Instead there was cereal, toast, and yogurt. No tea with caffeine, just the herbals left behind. The room was noisy and the thin curtains kept out almost no light The bathroom light is on the outside of the room and turns on a very noisy fan along with the light. No way to avoid disturbing a sleeping partner The sink is outside the bathroom, but there's nowhere to hang a hand towel. The towels are thin and pretty small
