Hotel is ok, service is lacking We won’t stay here again. There are lots of other hotels in the area and there are better choices. It’s a decent hotel but the service is very lacking. Good: The third floor, where our room was, had recently been renovated. The hall was bright and cheery, the room had new carpets, and floors, newly painted walls, new fixtures. The room was bright and cheery and had lots of bright light fixture and plenty of outlets and USB ports. Beds were soft and very comfortable. The floor was very quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items and the attendant was always there, working hard and keeping it very clean and she was very pleasant. Not so good: We stayed there three days. The elevator was broken the whole time, so we had to carry all out luggage up to the third floor and go up and down the stairs many times a day. The stairwell we had to use was attendant filthy. Although the floor we were on was newly renovated and bright, the hall carpet was dirty and was never vacuumed while we were there. Our room was never touched while we were there, no trash emptied, no linens changed, no toiletries replenished. We had to go out and buy soap, shampoo, etc. Oddly, the newly renovated bathroom had ZERO towel racks, we had to drape our washcloths and towels over various things so they would dry out every day (never got new towels). The tub/shower had ZERO ledges to put soap, toiletries etc., we had to put our things on the edges of the tub. I’m sure this makes the bathroom easier to clean but it’s not very convenient for the guests. There was a waffle maker in the breakfast area and my husband likes waffles, but there was no syrup the entire time we were there.

Just no Please think twice about staying here. It’s not worth the low rate. This hotel is government housing. One night I contacted 911 because the couple next door was having a domestic dispute that turned physical with a baby in the room. I also received bed bugs while here.

I’d look elsewhere We stayed for a few days to visit family. They are in the middle of a renovation. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had recently been renovated. The room was large, clean and comfortable beds, it was also quiet. Now for the reasons for the less than stellar rating. The room was never cleaned, no fresh towels, the soap was never replaced and the waste baskets were never emptied. The included breakfast was adequate but there was no syrup for the waffle maker. Finally the elevator was broken. These are all fairly small things, but put together it resulted in a less than good experience.

Completely Unacceptable Worst hotel experience in several years. Our room apparently used to be a utility room- exposed piping, zero sound insulation. There were idiots shouting, slamming doors, and running up and down the stairs all night; we called the front desk, nothing was done. Fridge didn't work properly, TV did not work, keys to the door did not work. The furniture was filthy. We got one hour of sleep in this place. This used to be a decent hotel but has totally taken a dive. It would be fine if they charged 70 dollars a night but they are asking way too much for what is essentially a trashy motel with a nice cover story. STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere!! I wish to God I had not reserved three nights at this place!!

Shiny on the surface, but... Don't get me wrong, this room looks good. But the good stops there. Walked in and waiting for the previous customer (I was wondering why it took so long while waiting) When we walked to the counter, the guy mumbled something and didn't even look up. Overall, it was the longest check in experience I've ever had. The breakfast was terrible. Worst choice hotel group bfast I've ever had. The coffee gets the same description. Nasty... Even the in room coffee was nasty. The handle to the room only worked when pulled up? I stay in a lot of hotels, this was a new one for me. Could be mold above the shower. Really discolored. Other basic maintenance needed. The overall quality of the room lives up to the comfort suites group. A lot of the rest of the experience needs work. I think the -100 price point matches what you get for the price. If they're asking for more, buyer beware.
