Once Grand Hotel now failing badly Pros: Spacious, once grand hotel, pretty, best lit and spacious bathroom in the UK and Europe. Cons: Now owned by miserly stewards of once grand hotel. Room cleanup consists of replacing towels, but leaving thimble sized shower gels half used for your next day t one person in a two person room, one plastic class in the bathroom where there should be two, overflowing garbage in the lounge, no milk for the latte machine. They can't help with local information such as how to use the underground. Breakfast an additional charge and very the most skimpy portions for a lot of money I have never seen such before. In room tea and coffee provided for first day, not renewed for next couple days. I had to ask for renewal for several it we ms daily. Impression is the hotel was just bought and the new owners have no idea what they're doing. They come off as cheap and wanting to get away with what little they can without providing services. Many things need improvement or they will not succeed
