The Dilly is the deal in the heart of London Excellent location, fantastic breakfast, very professional and kind staff! Clean rooms and super equipped health club! What more can you ask? Thank you Abdul for extending our stay on the day of our departure! This has made our life very easy!

Partner's birthday We stayed at the dilly on the 1st may 2025, First time visiting this hotel and straight away greeted with friendly staff and very helpful to. I'm disabled and they done everything to make my stay welcome and easy for me to. It was my fiancee's birthday and the guest relations gave us a free upgrade which was an absolute amazing gesture by the hotel, which the staff decorated are room for my partner's birthday and they effort to detail they done was amazing, They definitely made us feel welcome and we will be coming back to this lovely hotel

A classic in the city center Location was top! Breakfast was very good. The building is an old one. So it requires some revisions in the infrastructure, especially heating and piping. But the personnel is so helpful, trying to compensate negative sides with kind gestures. Especially Selim supported us whenever we needed. We had lovely memories from London…

Tomas the best. I went to the bar solo and had a very fun time with Tomas, the bar man. Very professional yet friendly. I was greeted well. I ordered one of their house cocktails with Rum which I loved. Thank you so much for the service and making my evening a memorable one.

The extra spend was worth it. Our stay at the Dilly Hotel exceeded all expectations. Having experienced many five-star hotels worldwide, I can confidently say this one is my favorite. The staff was attentive and welcoming, but I must highlight Paul, the doorman. He consistently checked in to see if we needed assistance and was both friendly and knowledgeable—he truly deserves special recognition. The room was immaculate, and breakfast was organized flawlessly. I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone I encounter. Thank you for all the support during our stay; it made our experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and sharing more wonderful memories at the Dilly Hotel.
