Fantastic stay! Fantastic stay. The hotel is in a great location and the room was a good size. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make it a special stay for my sisters birthday. I’d definitely stay again!

Old hotel. Old and worn. Mould ridden Beware of staying here pictures look lovely but I guarantee those pictures of from many years ago and this hotel has not had any love for quite some time. But the main concern is MOULD and the dangers it posses upon breathing this in for long periods of time we checked out not long after being here. Hotel cancelled for us no problem so that was good at least. But I would pass on staying here if you care about comfort and some level of quality which this hotel lacks in both

Good team and service - tired asset in need of upgrade Stayed here on business for a night. Room was reasonable size and reasonable facilities - but very tired decor, windows chained shut, room was hot. Good enough for a tired business man to lay his head. Would not bring my wife here though - not up to par. Lovely people in reception, and in the breakfast room - so friendly and willing to help. They deserve a much better standard of asset through which to deliver their service - after all it is right in central London. Come on management and investors - get it gripped. Breakfast room is lovely, airy, nice view across Piccadilly, with nice buffet and omelette chef dancing attendance. All good . Will stay here again - sensible price and pretty much right next to my office. Thank you Dilly team. You are great. But come on Dilly management !

Afternoon tea My daughter and I came to the terrace to enjoy afternoon tea. We really loved the view, the space itself and most of the food. The only reason that we didn’t like all of the food is because we don’t like beets haha. Jazvita was very attentive to us. The only complaint that I would have is that the air-conditioning was not working and it was very uncomfortable and hot on the day of our visit.
