A great option We had a wonderful stay at The Dilly! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of London — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Salim, who helped us settle in right away and was always there to assist with any problem we had. His kindness and professionalism really made our stay even better.

Fab detail Fantastic couple of nights away for my 40th birthday at the end of may. My husband had mentioned when booking that it was my birthday, when arriving in the room they had decorated it to celebrate with balloons, flowers and gifts. Absolutely amazing the detail that Selim had gone to in the room and bathroom. Amazing surprise. And when I saw him in the lobby he was amazing as I told him I had 2 little ones at home and wondered if I could purchase another teddy (the same one that was left on the bed as part of the suprise) as I couldn't go home with just one. He went away and came back with not only another teddy but also a couple of toys for the children to have on him as well.We are so grateful for making this few days away even more memorable. Thank you Selim.

Good value central london hotel This is a very well priced hotel in the dead centre of London, right by Piccadilly Circus. The rooms are generous and clean and beds big and comfy. The only downside is that on each of the 4 occasions i have stayed this year the rooms have been far too hot due to hopeless air conditioning. Each time the hotel quickly provided a fan that had an ice water container that helped. The staff are lovely and the breakfast excellent.

Fantastic service 100% Amazing! My daughter and I stayed here for her 7th birthday, she had always wanted to visit London so we made the trip. I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so kind and attentive to her for her birthday. They had decorated the room for her, made her feel special wherever we went in the hotel, sat us at a beautiful table at breakfast and made the full trip amazing! Absolute 5* service - we have returned numerous times since and will continue to every time we visit London.

London Marathon Visit Stayed here a few times always enjoyed, the location is great! A special mention for Paul, he works at the door, always helpful with idea and knowledge, great with my kids telling them interesting facts. Will stay here again in the future. Rob
