Great value for money and personal care when needed Excellent location for any tourist whatsoever.great bfst buffet . efficient service at the desk via WhatsApp which is responded usually immediately without need to hang on phone. and personal care when special personal attention needed(Mr Selim Atias PR Manager Helped in a small but important personal matter and offered any other help that can be needed) .Eventually it's the service the play major part in the feeling of how the stay was.

Loveliest hotel in London. Perfect location for theatre lovers - turn left out of the door and within seconds you are at Piccadilly Circus. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is particularly good - plenty of options such as a fresh omelettes cooked to order. We let the hotel know it was my birthday and they decorated our room, leaving treats like chocolate and sparkling wine. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The standout feature is the Location, Location, Location — right in the heart of Piccadilly, with easy access to top restaurants, shops, and theaters. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. What truly elevated our stay was the warm hospitality from Hossein. His professionalism, attentiveness, and kind demeanor made a real difference and added a personal touch to our visit.

Amazing stay Was an excellent stay in the heart of London. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything we asked for in the room was directly fulfilled. We definitely recommend staying in the Dilly hotel if you are a couple or a bunch of friends.

Afternoon tea We had tea on the terrace. It’s a nice setup, with a glass roof sunroom thing going on. The staff are helpful and provided great service. We enjoyed the tea and other beverages available, plus the scones and sandwiches. The food is served on an acrylic bus that is a photo magnet! They have definitely gone for style over substance in the case of the desserts though. With a few exceptions, the flavors of the items were waxy or overly sweet. It was a disappointing end to the day. They are absolutely adorable but just didn’t taste good. When we come back to London next I think we’ll choose another tea.
