good located the most things where really good, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, and the plastic in the fish & chips where not perfect, but the reacted professionall in this case. the location is perfect, near the station and good restaurants for familys

Amazing Shajahan is an amazing bar man, very polite and made us feel very welcome. We definitely will be back again travelling all the way from Leeds, he makes the best cocktails and is a very polite and funny guy his banter is amazing and he is so good and making drinks Thankyou

Would visit again Shajahan was me and my friend’s bartender. Very friendly guy, great service from him, we felt so comfortable, relaxed and welcomed would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend! Prices are slightly higher than average but definitely justified by the quality!!!

Hotel expenses The experience in this Hotel was awesome, everything is great and comfortable starting with the location, customer service, beautiful rooms, spa. Specially I would like to recomend lounge and bar and the hotel , the food was good, the bar is great. The bartender Shajahan was so nice and helpful with great communication, he suggested me be best sweet drink from the bar, and it was amazing, so Ladies if you like sweet cocktails... I highly recomend "Porn Star Martini", but of course it's just my opinion. Wonderful Hotel!!!!!

Lovely Stay The nearest tube to the hotel is the circle (Yellow) line and the District (Green) line. Tower Bridge and the Tower of London is a 5 minute walk. The room was a superior one which had bathrobes and slippers. There was more than adequate storage lots of drawers etc The bed was a super king which was very comfy. Air con worked well and quietly. There was an iron/board, hairdryer, and safe (free of charge ) The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. There was shampoo and shower gel- but no conditioner or body lotion. Kettle, tea and coffee provided with 2 complimentary cookies each day. Turn down service -which I thought was a lovely touch. The was a mini bar( Chargeable) but it was warm inside. We asked for a mini fridge at reception and it was delivered to our room. We did not book the breakfast option. There are numerous bars and restaurants locally and a Tesco express 5 minute walk . There is a Wetherspoons next door. St Katherine’s dock is a 5 minute walk where there are some lovely restaurants and a Slug and Lettuce. Check out the lift times for Tower Bridge-an incredible sight!! Borough market, London Bridge, The Shard and The Gurkin very close by. You can book free entry to the Sky Garden( book ahead though )
