Large rooms, convenient location Pros: Quiet Large rooms Close to transportation Great breakfast selection Great views and large windows Amenities like toiletries and water Excellent drinks and desserts in the restaurant. Go here for ice cream! WASHCLOTHS!! Cons: Some of the hallways smell mildewy The elevators were slow We had an off customer service experience with our luggage hold upon check-in. I was asked to go into the chaotic luggage storage are to pick out my own bags and then take them myself. I could have taken anyone’s bag. Also, why didn’t they offer to take them up to my room for me? After this one incident, we had great service. Overall, I would stay here again due to the proximity to the underground, the large size of the rooms, and breakfast selection.

Comfortable Nights Stay Had a very lovely stay here for 1 night. Staff were accommodating. The lobby is presented well with refreshing cold water on tap during the hot weather. We stayed in a triple superior room which was a great size for central London. Clean, comfortable with soaps, dressing gowns, slippers, a large tv. We didn’t use the restaurant but from we saw food and drink looked great. The hotel is perfectly located near Tower Bridge and for sightseeing in that area. Highly recommend and will return!

Best hotel in London Only had the best stay, it was my cousin birthday so I left a little message on booking.com and when I was checking in the girl I was checking in with was unreal her is alisha/ ayasha ( small brown hair wore a blue dress and has unreal crimps in her hair) she was so super duper nice genuinely really helpful didn’t even give away to my cousin that I wrote a message booking.com so she wasn’t expecting it. The hotel room was clean and nice very accommodating, even extended our checkout for us it was genuinely very kind and nice

Perfect one night stay ... Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor twelve next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Very close to Tower Hill tube, Tower of London, St Katherines Dock. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Location, spot on Just returned from a 1 night stay, with our room being an executive room, very comfortable bed great views across Canary Wharf, a lovely creating of a glass of fizz. Use of the executive lounge with complimentary soft drinks all day and alcohol between 5pm and 9pm, which is a lovely way to start the evening before heading out. Breakfast was ok but not the best I’ve ever had. The location is spot on with a short walk to tower bridge and 15/20 mins to borough market. Overall a lovely stay
