Excellent Gorgeous Hotel, rooms are so comfy and the pool and sauna area is great. Highly recommend going to the hotel bar, Shajahan was the nicest bar man. He makes excellent cocktails and is really friendly. The hotel is a great location, really close to tower bridge.

Lovely service from hanna Hanna was the sweetest and loveliest person ever ! Will definitely be coming back for her amazing service ! So grateful for the amenities . My stay was so lovely and so relaxing and peaceful wow I loved every second of it! The place was so clean and beautiful and pleasing.

Top experience The room was excellent, soft bed, good tv, amazing bathroom, despite the lack of a microwave, our experience was overall comfortable and enjoyable!! We would especially like to thank Hanna at the front desk for making our experience welcoming and easy. She was super nice, willing and extremely patient!!

Good location, nice rooms and view. Hotel was in a great location. Gave us an upgrade to a lovely Exec room with a wonderful view and some treats for my daughters birthday. Breakfast was fine and room and bed were lovely and comfortable. The pool and spa and gym are a little dated but fine but I got really annoyed by the stupid rules for family use of the pool. Fair enough it's limited hours but its ridiculous that I would have to be IN the water with my 13 year old child and can't just sit on the side and watch her. Staff were rude and pedantic about it and really took the shine off our stay..

Do not recommend at all TLDR: Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve had on business travel. This hotel is far from 4 stars as priced and advertised. Not worth the price and not well located. Bad service and poorly maintained property. Everything was off from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. - Room service not available when I arrived after a very long journey - phone was not working - the elevators kept breaking during peak hours, and would often skip your floor despite pressing buttons. - staff at reception is quite rude. No acknowledgement when you arrive, no warmth, no sense of urgency or willingness to help. - iron was damaged and *burned* my trousers - no hot water - I was woken at 7am by room service I did not order - I was also woken by housekeeping despite do not disturb - and then by maintenance who came to fix the phone that also wasn’t working - basically if you’re jet lagged and want to sleep; forget about it - I was charged for said room service I did not order (or receive) - the room next to me was SINGING loudly all night (and off pitch) but I couldn’t get help because the phone in my room was not working - reception was unable to give me a copy of my receipt or even confirm status of room service charges - spa services advertised but no staff to provide and frankly I wouldn’t trust it - seems to be a kick back system with taxis, so concierge will recommend an overpriced and longer ride instead of just providing train guidance - old advertisements for expired events or specials posted in the hotel - just highlighting poor care in general - basically everything you ask for is like begging someone to do you a favor. Despite the fact that, you know, you’re *paying* to stay here. Unrelated to lack of value and trash service, but the location is also terrible. Very very far from anything and inaccessible from airport unless you want to take a 2 hour taxi or ride over an hour on a train and then walk 4 block is with baggage. No thanks. I would not recommend to anyone, and I will never come back.
