A Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay at Leonardo Hotel This was my first—and definitely last—experience staying at a Leonardo hotel. From start to finish, it was deeply disappointing and not at all worth the price. When we checked into our room, we were horrified to find blood stains on the toilet. The staff did offer to move us to a different room and gave us complimentary breakfast as an apology. However, the new room wasn’t much better—we found a blood stain on one of the pillows. This clearly pointed to poor cleaning protocols between guests. When we reported it, they only brought us a new pillowcase, showing little concern for the issue. Housekeeping during our stay was also inadequate. Beds were made and towels were replaced, but dirty dishes and trash were left untouched—a basic level of service that should be standard. We had booked an executive room specifically for the advertised lounge access with snacks and drinks, but the lounge was never open during the posted hours. This made it especially frustrating when we had early tours and couldn’t even grab a quick bite. To make matters worse, we relied on the hotel's laundry service before our departure from London. We double-checked with reception and were told that as long as we dropped off the laundry by 7 a.m., it would be returned the same day. But when we brought it down at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, we were told the laundry doesn't operate on Sundays. When we showed them the hotel-provided form listing Sunday as an operating day, they casually dismissed it as "outdated" and made no effort to assist us. This stay was marked by poor hygiene, unreliable service, and a general lack of accountability from staff. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Highly reccomend this Hotel Very modern Hotel with Friendly knowledgeable staff. Rooms large, clean and very comfortable. Amazing Full breakfast. Walking distance to many London attractions. Safe area.

From the moment I arrived, she made sure I had the best room—beautifully furnished, brand new, and with a stunning view. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Diane offered so many thoughtful touches that made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Everything was perfect—there’s absolutely nothing to fault. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you again for making my stay so special!
