Filthy and infested with skunks My husband got us a room at the FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON LONDON in London ..this was our first vacation and it was hell when we first got there ..this is our first time getting a hotel for us and we had our 7 month old baby with us as well ..when we got up to our room my husband found a bug in our bed looked like it was turning into powder because it was there for so long, he removed it so our son could sit on the bed and go for nap because we were driving for so long ..when he put him on the bed he noticed in between the sheets the top sheet and bottom sheet there was a piece of long black hair ..looked like the bed didn’t even get changed before we got there ..i mentioned it to the person down stairs and he put us into a different room but there was no balcony and we paid to have one ..I went back downstairs after continuing to move my 7 month old all over the hotel he was tired snd hungry and crying constantly he wanted to sleep but we kept being moved here and there ..so we got put back in our other room he said that the cleaning person was just in there and cleaned it from head to toe and the other Managers were there too and noticed the hair but didn’t see the bug cuz my husband removed it off the bed ..we got back to our room and after 5 mins being up there our bathroom door looked like a guy peed all over it..after an hour we even noticed there was popcorn on our floor and we didn’t even have any popcorn Later on that day I took a shower and there was 1 pump of conditioner in the bathroom My husband is a smoker and he knows there is no smoking in the building he was following the rules cuz they said if the room smelled like smoke they charge u 250$ for a cleaning fee..he went down to the parking lot near our car to have his smokes and 2 skunks ran right infront of him If he wasnt near his car for him to jump into he would’ve got sprayed we know there’s skunks here and there once in awhile but this place looked like it was infested with them he couldn’t even have one smoke without be terrified to go down there cuz there were soo many The next morning we went to get in our car to get coffee and got close and had to run and get my 7 month old in cuz 2 skunks coming towards us coming towards the car ..we got in and was trapped there for 15 mins cuz if my husband starts the car our car could’ve been sprayed when we got back from getting coffee we were stuck in our car with a crying baby cuz there were 4 skunks near the door and we couldn’t get in the Building 3 small ones playing and looked like a daddy one cuz it was so big Since we got there we didn’t enjoy our time one bit ..my husband looked these guys up and saw great ratings and ppl talking about how great u r and told us about it for our first vacation together as family but it was nonthing near of what they were saying We wanted a full refund for the 2 nights ..we brought out 7 month old baby in there when it was supposed to be clean but it was filthy in there ..my husband and I would’ve left that day but my 7 month old was already in his car seat all day and was crying bloody murder ..u try to to make another 3hr trip back home with a screaming baby in the back ..we stayed there that night so he could get some sleep but my husband and I didn’t sleep at all ..we suppose to stay 2 nights but we left the first night first thing in the morning ..they offered us free breakfast but I think after what we found in our room I would be scared to eat there Food ..we tried to get our refund for 2 nights 420$ ..we called the Expedia ppl we went through they said they hotel Manager was suppose to give it to us so I talked to the office manager and he said that the Expedia ppl were suppose to so I called them back and they said they need the hotel Manager permission. To give it to us and he denied it even the last night we didn’t even stay The hotel Manager was just going to give us a free night but we never go anywhere this was a one time thing only and wanted our money back and still no When I mentioned the skunks I even said that my husband saw Holes all over the building it’s like they live there The manager said that he can’t do anything about the skunks and if they have a problem then they will get rid of them and he had a laugh that his dog already got sprayed I would recommend to any one not to go here ..even with the good reviews makes me think that the reviews could be by some ppl that work there or making customers up to get ppl to go there Outta of everything of going to this place I was most worried about my 7 month old son bringing him in a filthy and infested skunk place and the ppl there don’t give to craps about u or ur children all they want is ur money ..never again will be going this hotel but. Most of all of what we experienced on our first vacation together our first hotel I don’t think we will ever even go near another hotel ..thanks for giving us the not best first vacation ever ..absolutely disgusting these ppl should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Very nicely appointed Suite We had a nicely appointed suite. Room temperature was comfortable. I found the bed was too soft causing me a bad nights sleep. I complained and was told the beds are all the same. I stayed here several time before and never experienced the extremely soft bed before.

Stay away from London if you plan to use the Tourism London $100. Visa card promotion Spent 3 weeks planning on vacationing in London BASED on TOURISM LONDON's Visa pre paid $100 card promotion. STAY AWAY !! The Keg restaurant declined this card even though the server said it was good. Spent $162 on our meal ONLY TO have the card declined. VERY DISAPPOINTIN AND UPSETTING. The card WAS valid, activated and confirmed. 2 trips back to speak with management only to be told to "come back tomorrow" We live 3 hours away!. THIS WHOLE PROMOTION was so upsetting and disapointing.

Always a pleasure! My family and I have stayed at this hotel three times and every time it has been great. Nothing is a hassle for the staff, they are quick to respond to requests, have an efficient check in service and all are friendly and helpful. Even during COVID times the experience has continued to be positive and we will continue to stay whenever we visit London.

Great stay at the four points We enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel for a mini staycation with our family during Covid. We had connecting rooms each with two queens. We were able to book two 1 hour swimming times and enjoyed the heated pool with loungers in the sun. Very friendly and accommodating staff who made change for our kids to enjoy the games room. Enjoyed a starbucks coffee in the lobby and had a lovely time of relaxation and rest. The hotel was clean, quiet, and ver comfortable.
