Sonesta ES Suites Denver South Park Meadows

One of the best motels or hotels that I ever stayed at. 10 out of 10 for me Really love this establishment they treat you very good respectful the staff is really A1 staff Sarah and Mike and Kim part of management are really nice and good people very friendly and help you with any of your needs they make you feel like you're at home there's nothing worse than staying somewhere where the staff won't talk to you it's not like that here these people make you feel wanted and appreciated I've been staying here off and on for the last 3 years I really have no complaints I really like this establishment and look suggest to anybody that this is where you want to stay if you're on the road with your company or business breakfast is good as well the courtyard is very lovely and beautiful like I said I would refer this place to my friends and family it's really a nice establishment thanks for the hospitality Sarah Mike and Kim you guys know how to run a business the right way

Knocked it put of the park Comfy quaint and really nice place. Room was beautiful and clean, building is under Reno but still nice and quiet. Halls smelled pleasant. They have a little “grocery” area, a nice breakfast so far and the employees are amazing. Will come back

No go cramming junk fees The place is going under renovations and is really a mess. They really should not be doing two things at once. They also crammed junk fees on the final bill, like parking ?! WTF. The staff were nice enough but they can only work with what they have. Sonesta sets the whole setting up for failure and is poor,poor,poor value for the cost. If my room was considered a finished room then its going to be a solid 2 star going forward, as its too bad because I remember this as a Homewood Suites hotel and it was very nice and was worth the money. For example no work desk, no usb charging outlets, weak and intermittent wifi, no extra towels, noisy appliances ... No go don't do it, ind another room. We will be removing this option from our travel hotel profile and offer our employees who travel to the area better options.

We will stay again! We've stayed here 3 times, great location. The hotel was under refurbishment this time, so that should be considered. Mike and Trevor were very kind. Beds were new, and very comfortable. Our room had a few unfinished things, but everything was fresh and new. We found the pool area very clean.

A terrible hotel, if you don’t want to be evicted from this hotel at 2am, leave this hotel!!! Sonesta ES hotel is such a terrible place, if you don’t want to be evicted from this hotel at 2am, leave this hotel!!! Their room size for Studio Queen Suite is just around 270ft² but they mislead people in booking/Priceline with 420 ft² !!! Also the picture they showed is different from the real room!!! My husband and I arrived at this hotel yesterday at midnight, I am an IVF patient and plan to do egg retrieval in a near famous fertility institution in Lone Tree. Yesterday is day2 for medication stimulation. We saw in booking/Priceline they have a Studio Queen Suite with room size 420 ft² and a big kitchen table in the picture, so we chose this hotel and booked the room because both my husband and I need to work remotely. However, when we went into the room, it was just a very normal size room (around 270 ft²) with a very small kitchen table and just one chair. So we went back to the night audit to ask for solving the issue. The night audit didn’t admit that the size is just around 270 ft², he said you could go to measure. Then I said yes of course if you have a tool let’s go to measure. Then after measure, the room is just 17 by 17. However, the night audit said oh that’s the unified room size we have. Then I replied if you didn’t have Studio Queen Suite with room size 420 ft², why did you write that size to mislead everyone? Then the night audit said you can change to another hotel. Then my husband asked can we have one more chair in the kitchen? The night audit said no, then I had to remove from the other room. Then my husband asked can we change to a bigger room? The night audit said no, we don’t have. Then we asked whether we could speak with your manager, he said no now it is too late. However later he immediately called his manager and asked us to go away!!!!!! Then we started to quarrel...... Finally I called 911 and the police came, the night audit called his manager, and they both said you are not welcome by this hotel, get out of the hotel immediately!!!!!! My husband has heart defect and he almost fell down and fainted. I am super scared for the safety of my husband. The police asked the emergency doctor to fix him and finally the police sent us to the other hotel nearby. (The other hotel called Quality Inn which we booked first, then we changed to Sonesta, then we had to change back. Quality Inn, although the review is not good like Sonesta, but their room size and picture is exactly as they said in booking 400 ft². Honesty is very important! Now we are very happy to switch to Quality Inn because they are beyond our expectation!） Sonesta ES hotel is such a terrible place!!!! They didn't want to solve the issue and didn’t admit their error and just asked us to leave at 2am. If there is a place that could punish this hotel, I will go immediately without hesitation. Now the only thing I can do is to write this horrible experience to let all the other people know. I will also publish the review in every social media to warn people!!!
