Ok hotel, poor wifi, parking lot floods Had a second floor room where the wifi signal was very weak and only worked part of the time. Large rainstorm and waded through two inches of water from my car to the room. Otherwise, fairly basic room and clean enough.

Do not stay here This was THE worst hotel experience we have ever had. They were short staffed and only had one worker to run the counter, supply rooms, laundry, kitchen, whatever. A police officer came in while we were we were there looking for a resident, so I assume people live there. The sheets on both of our beds were filthy, greasy, snot and blood on the pillowcases. I went down to request a new bedding and he did give me a flat and fitted sheet but did not have any pillowcases. He was going to let me know when he had pillowcases for me. The pillows themselves were ripped apart. Sheets were less than paper thin.He never got any pillowcases and told me searching for one would be like “a needle in a haystack “. There were beer bottles and containers and cigarettes and cigarette boxes laying outside the front door along with broken chairs for the residence to sit on. No breakfast “sorry”. There was coffee in the morning but it was cold. There is a nightclub behind the hotel and I did not sleep until they closed at 2:45 AM.

No Breakfast. Pool has “unknown chem put in by another guest”!! Lousy excuses for not serving any breakfast and the pool excuses seems bogus! The sheets were not clean. Gross!!! I will avoid here forever after as it should have been cleaner and they could make breakfast bags for guests like other places have done for me even amid full blown hysteria for the pandemic. But here? Not even draining the pool looks shady. What if someone cannot read the sign and just jump in the pool. Unknown chemical...hmmmmmmm

Safety issues!!!! We arrived and got to our room without any issues. We went to plug in a charger and noticed that 2 outlets did not have the plate cover on them. Then my husband found the fire alarm in the dresser drawer. We told them about these issues the next morning on our way out. We thought that they would be fixed when we returned later that day but nothing had been done. My husband went to talk to the person at the desk. He acted as if it was no big deal about the fire alarm, that time my husband actually took it to them. He also, mentioned the outlet covers again the man did not even know what my husband was talking about so my husband showed him on a outlet near. Next, morning we mentioned it again to someone else thought again it would be fixed but it wasn't!! I would think that safety would be a number 1 priority but and I guess not. I'm glad we didn't have any children during our stay that could have gotten shocked. Also, glad there was not a fire because we would not have known about it most likely!!!! We had 4 adults in the room and only 2 towels. We got more the first night and the lady wrote down that there were 4 adults in the room so that they would leave 4. We had to ask for towels every night and in fact one night the guy wasn't going to give us towels because we didn't bring the dirty ones. They took the towels when they made the beds. They didn't clean the tub or sink at all during our stay. The screen to our window looked like someone had tried getting into it. I wish we would have spent our money elsewhere!!!

This place looks good, until you arrive. I booked and prepaid over a week ago. I am disabled. This place has no elevator to the second floor, so I needed a first floor room. Due to my disability, it is best to have a separate bed from my husband when we travel. I booked two queen beds. I requested a quiet side room. Pictures, and some info pages show a coffee pot, hair dryer, a microwave and a fridge. All but the hair dryer were part of my choice to stay here. Also no smoking, no pets. I booked online, selecting 2 queen room. I put in my requests. Last week I called reservations to confirm the room and requests. She called the front desk then assured me everything was good. Today I called the front desk to make sure it was ok to check in at 9pm, was told no problem. We arrived at the same time as a bus with 15 people on it. There was an employee out changing trash bags, who saw us all arrive. We went in, rang the bell repeatedly but waited 10 minutes for that employee to come in with the trash. He took a while with the person in front of me. He then proceeds to tell me there are no dual queens available. It there is one, but it's "dirty". Then tries to give me a room on the second floor. He basically says I should have called in today to go over specifics, he had no note, so he didn't save the room. Um, prepaid but if there isn't a "note" I guess they rent it to whomever shows up. He said he doesn't have any authority on giving us a discount or comping a night, he just works there. I asked about the manager, i was told he won't be in for two days. So we end up with a king. RiGHT up by the desk. So, not quiet. Took 30 minutes to check in. Walking in, the bed was rumpled. No hair dryer, no coffee pot, no microwave. Next I hear barking. No pets? Five minutes in, I go to the front desk. Supposedly it was a service dog. I doubt it. A family member has one, and I know others are trained not to just bark and bark. Go to get ice, machine is broken. I can hear the people above me walking, scooting chairs and talking. Splendid, non carpeted floors. Have trouble with wifi. You have to move things near the tv and high up to get anything to connect. So no using it on the bed or in the chair. Chair upholstery was ripped and stained. The ac barely works. The room is ok, not spotless, but not filthy. I go to take a shower, the curtain was hung so low it puddled in the bottom of the tub and I was tripping on it. The curtain was moved in so far it was sticking to you. The shower head was barely tall enough for me, I'm 5'7". My poor hubby is 6'2". He wasn't a happy camper trying to shower. The mattress is also pretty saggy. And the last reason I chose this was the hot tub -- concreted in. So no help with pain management for me. Pool is there but a bit chilly. I have never had this many problems. I probably sound a bit picky. I PAID for these things. I have a tough enough time, I don't need extra challenges. I would never have agreed to pay this for the experience I am having. Around 6 am you are awoken by slamming doors. The breakfast bar in the pictures looks great. This is NOT what it was like. No waffles. Yucky muffins, little chocolate donuts like you would get at the gas station, toast, cereal. Never, ever choose this place if you want what you pay for.
