Dirty and unsafe Check in was difficult. “New” staff unsupervised. Was given room already occupied. Finally got new too. Which was filthy Staff repeatedly tried to enter my room during the night claiming “room audit”. Extremely rude. Management and Wyndham dismissed my safety concerns. Book at your own risk.

Horrible, Horrendous, Ghastly Within minutes of arriving we were calling to relocate. The smell upon entering the lobby was putrefying. The hotel hasn't been updates in probably 50 years. Once in the room we discovered the bed spread had burn holes in it the size of your hand, one pillow had what appeared to be blood stain while another was stained by other possibly food. The bed sheets had holes the size of dimes and various stains. The smell in the room was no better if not worse than the lobby. We arrived about 1:30am and left within the hour after locating new accommodations. The host was gracious and we got a complete refund however after apologizing she stated this has never happened before; that had to be a lie, we can't imagine anyone wanting to stay there even though the parking lot was full. Never again. It would appear Travelodge and Wyndham are only concerned about profit and clearly not the customer to allow there customers to be subject to pathogens of unknown origin and subject them to conditions no human should have to endure. Oh did I mention there was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Worst place ever! Flies, grocery cart for luggage transfer, no luggage stand, AC was loud and grinding, tons of flies due to trash stacked up 7-9' high in the parking lot, no elevator, smelled, dated ...just not at all sanitary feeling, looking or comfortable!

Worst stay ever Our recent stay in Longmont was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Checked in then left for dinner came back to my room, and the door was completely opened with our things strewed out over the floor. A worker approached us and asked if we could prove we had paid for the room. I gave him the receipt and our room card. Apparently the worker who checked us in mixed up the room number she put us in the computer with a different number room card she gave us. Nevertheless, I am appalled our bags were searched while we were gone. Not even the police can do a search without a warrant.

No warning on the $100 pet deposit, $15/night pet fee, or cat ban. Staff highly unprofessional. Rooms poorly maintained. Booked through Priceline and wasn’t informed of the no cats or the $100 deposit and $15/night fee for having my dog until I got there. Had to get my cat boarded because nowhere online said no cats. My room door looked like it’d been scratched up by a dog, so I asked the front desk to document that it wasn’t me because I needed the deposit money to pay cat boarder. The man at the front desk (who I’d never met before now) said he’d help with my cat if I slept with him, maybe even help sneak my cat in. The next night I saw a long term male friend so front desk guy woke me up at 1:30am to yell at and berate me in the parking lot with vulgar insults used for women with many partners, if you catch my drift. It was terrifying and dehumanising. Several people saw, and I was both mortified and relieved that they were there since he’d told me before that he had a gun registered to a man who has passed and has filed off the serial number… something I didn’t think much of until the unhinged parking lot screaming. I guess it was still better than sleeping in my car, though.
