Great Downtown Hotel Great location downtown, walking distance to some major events or a quick Uber away. Large rooms, great bed, and nice bath products. Would like for the bar to have been open a little later. Building was beautiful, friendly staff, and helpful doorman.

Excellent experience all-around! My company was in town for a trade show and we booked over 60 rooms at this hotel. The experience was exceptional all around. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Each touchpoint of service was excellent - from the door security that greets you with a smile and a hello, to the desk attendants, through the restaurant and the remaining staff. I would like to particularly mention Ida from the front desk. She was very helpful in supporting certain requests I made by phone before arriving, as well as others while I was checking in and afterwards. Ida made the entire trip experience smooth, easy and memorable.

Not this Hilton Parking is $50 a night plus a mandatory $25 each day for Bev and food ?? I have never stayed with a Hilton hotel in the Los Angeles area that charges this fee. That left a sour taste in my mouth after checking in. Also there is no pool and the front desk staff was not friendly except for Jennie, the night time manager. I love staying at Hilton, just not this one.

Hated Checkers I hated this hotel and manager Mia says I was charged for the entire night because that's the Hilton Honors business practice even though I stayed less than 30 minutes. Got my bags delivered to room at 3:45 pm, saw a king size bed, TV and bathroom like every other hotel... No view just an alley way of buildings. No restaurant or bar open when I arrived and a bunch of snooty front desk staff that act like they are better than their guests. I call it rich/ugly... A bunch of rich kids spending their parents money. Hilton and Checkers won't return the $240 charged for 20 hours. Told them I'd pay the $16 for the hour I was trying to get my bags brought down to the Lyft I ordered. You know what hotels that only rent for the hour are called? Hated it and how Hilton treated me 5/17/2024. Came directly to IHG hotel Indigo and spent over $3000+. Think Hilton does bad business as they lost $3k over $240. Never doing business with this horrible hotel or hotel chain again.

Worn down, surprise upcharges I wrote my whole three paragraph review, then had to sign on to leave it and it disappeared. To sum up: This place doesn’t live up to its own hype. Price gouging ($25 random fee which we are encourage to use at the breakfast buffet -or the “gift shop”. The breakfast is $28.99 per person and is mediocre. And after $66 they want a tip because the server pointed at the buffet and served us coffee. I left one, but this tells me Hilton doesn’t pay their employees enough and passes the cost onto us. This is not a “restaurant”. It’s a room with a buffet. Bed mushy, furniture worn. Window view is a building next door. Suite door connected to person next door, so we listened to a loud drunk girl all night. And close to the bottom so we heard the sirens too. A/C fan rattled and sputtered like it was on its last leg. Overall, we spent about $250 ($275 w mandatory fee) for a worn down room, loud noises, a wall view, and a mushy bed. Shame on you, Hiltons, for neglecting your property and still charging a premium. When we stayed at the Intercontinental, it was lovely. We will never stay in a Hilton hotel again.
