Gateway to Koreatown, Los Angeles The staff were amazingly obliging and helpful, and made us feel very welcome in this hotel. The facilities were great, though the other people on our floor who insisted on smoking (despite any number of signs) were not. The wee store by the reception area was really useful, and having an on-site pizza place and bar was a life-saver when we were exhausted from our day out. It's a good, comfortable and adequately-priced hotel.

Spending the night comfortably we checked in at 11.30pm and it took us 2 minutes, there is a deposit for $100.. there is secured free parking , some of the places charge $35 overnight. The rooms were bit outdated, then again its a 3 star hotel, so worth the dollar. The bed was comfy and there were clean towels. Rooms have coffee n frodge, blow dryer but no microwave. Stayed for two nights , costs as $200. Close to most hollywood attraction. The neighborhood is almost same for whole of LA, you will find homeless or druggist on every street, so that wasn’t a problem.

convenient, clean, spacious The room is spacious and location is very convenient. Lots of good eateries and grocery in walking distance. public transit is also easy to get to. we walked 5 minutes to the metro D line station easily. there is also bus stop right around the corner. the front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. the area is dirty due to homeless people and LA in general. but the hotel itself is very clean and quiet.

building is old but good value for money the location is good - not noisy, near stores, few blocks away from good restos. they could at least add more lights on the room as its too dim esp at night. the building is not that new, even the rooms, but its pretty much okay since we'll just be sleeping there most of the time anyways... also, they should enforce strictly the no smoking policy on their rooms. when we get to our floor, there are no smoking signs everywhere, even on the doors of each rooms but it was reeking of smoke all over our floor... not sure if their smoke detectors work properly but for a floor to smell that way, i think they need some repairs or something.

Great for the price. For the the price the hotel was great. Clean, renovated although slightly outdated rooms (not an issue for us). The staff was helpful and there was free parking available as advertised. Out only problem was that the internet connection was so slow it simply didn’t work, so keep that in mind if you don’t have a SIM card.
