Spectacular What an amazing property! First of all the service was spectacular. Everyone remembered our names. From the spa to the restaurant, the attention to our needs was unparalleled. We had wonderful massages, spent time at the pool, shopped at the farm shop, and ate and ate and ate. The food with some of the best we've ever had. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room lovely although they are very generously upgraded us to a family suite, but unfortunately it had no mountain or field view. We were in the room very little so it didn't much matter but just a note to make sure that if you want view, make sure the room they put you in has one. We are already talking about going back to this impeccable magical property.

A lovely setting with a restful feel and great food My husband and I spent two nights here as part of a brief getaway recently. The website resonated with me right away as my kind of place. I loved the farm setting and the lush fields of lavender. Each morning I woke up early and walked around the property. The pool area was lovely and never too crowded. The farm store had a nice selection of things. I had lunch and Dinner at Campo and both meals were excellent. Waitstaff was excellent. We stayed in one the Meem rooms, this is the older section, and we did have some issues with the water. Sarah the manager made things right in the end, thanks. My guess is that the farm suites offer a newer accommodations and are also not too close to the restaurant. Best take some time making sure your selection is right for you. Had a nice time hanging out and relaxing. It was a perfect post COVID break from our big city life. My only criticism was that upon arrival no one offered us help with the bags and it was a bit of a walk to the room. Not a big deal but I surprised when i read other reviews that there is a service available. I guess we looked young and healthy. It's also hard to know if staffing is back to normal yet. All in all I would recommend this place.

Charming Gem in Albuquerque Wish we could have stayed more than one night! You would never believe this quiet, charming, farm like resort is right near the heart of a major city. What a beautiful place! When we checked in our luggage had been lost by the airline; so they immediately arranged wonderful massages for us while we waited for check in time. The spa is gorgeous and everyone there was so friendly. Dying to go back as this spa would make a perfect girls weekend! We had dinner that night at Campo and I must say it was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time! The food, the atmosphere, the service.....all spectacular! And I am very picky....just ask my husband. :) Our farm suite was clean and spacious and comfortable and easily accommodates a family of three to four. If we are ever back in the area this is 100% the only place I would stay.

Wasted vacation time... Prior to COVID I have traveled extensively - both for pleasure and work. In all of my travels (I am old!),I have never received such poor customer service as I received at Los Poblanos. It began with trying to get someone on the phone to discuss our 3-day stay. I could not get someone on the phone (no answer/voicemail), and my calls were not returned. I did receive a rote customer call from Savannah a few days prior to our stay, but when I returned her call and left a message, it was not returned. I also left an email (as suggested in the email) asking questions, which was responded to with a pre-written response (sent twice) that did not answer any of my questions. After being checked in, as we were schlepping our bags through the reception they asked us if we needed help...At this point, we decided to just make a second trip to the car on our own - please know there are wagons you can use to get your bags to your room. I immediately knew the room was not for us and immediately went back to reception to request a move. I explained we would not be leaving the property and wanted a room without a view of the restaurant, and windows we could keep open, and that had privacy, as well as a private outdoor sitting area (as promised in the room description). Amber hesitated and then said they couldn't manage a change...I called the next morning and asked again, with the same explanation and was told the manager had been informed of our request and again, it was, "...too difficult for us to make the change." Our room, NF 4 overlooks the restaurant, just yards away, and there is not one window that affords privacy. It was like we were in a tomb. It was awful (Northfield 5 and 3 have similar views as do a few others by reception). If we weren't looking at the restaurant, we had folks wandering over from the restaurant to the NF courtyard and playing in the fountain outside our room… On the upside, we did enjoy the pool...if the windows and doors were closed, the room was absolutely quiet (maybe perfect for a one night stay). The property is charming and pretty...and the room was clean. Housekeeping was good - thank you Maria! One of the folks at the front desk - Grace - had a terrific attitude and we loved her warmth and friendliness. The store was good and folks in there were also friendly and helpful. Loved having bread, ice cream, and picnic sundries available. However, the absolute saving grace of this visit was CAMPO. The food was amazing, plated beautifully, and the employees super helpful and friendly...all of them - and a shout out to (the names I recall) Carlos, our waiter, and Mona who fixed us up when our breakfast box was not delivered (due to a mistake by the front desk). The hostesses were all delightful and working hard to keep the flow going. We also had room service quite a few times, which did not disappoint. The roving peacocks are also a delight. Suggestions for LB: -For folks that have a stay of more than 1 or 2 days, do not put them in the rooms facing the restaurant. -For those that are in the north field rooms, create a path to the rest of the property that doesn’t require parading in front of the patrons at the restaurant. -As seen elsewhere on the property, put up signs from the restaurant patio indicating the field room areas are for guests only. -Front desk folks and manager, try a little harder to be accommodating, friendly and kind (like Grace, unlike “A”)- it will go a long way even when guests can’t be accommodated. Last, for comparison, I stayed at two other places (2 nights each) during my week-long visit. The Hyatt Tamaya - a very different kind of accommodation - but was totally awesome. Great pools, hiking areas, and the room with the mountain view was beautiful. The other place I stayed was Ojo Santa Fe. Again, just delightful! No room problems, terrific folks, great food from the Blue Heron, and a very pleasant stay. I visited the spas at both locations and had terrific treatments. The facial by Urusula at the Hyatt, was amazing! I hope this review is helpful for future visitors (we work hard to take these trips and just getting there can be quite arduous) and perhaps, will spark some creative and thoughtful discussions at Los Poblanos.
