Wet Dog & Ashtray Cologne Foul, foul, foul smell! Like it's been chain smoked in for years and wet dog! Yuck! $50 damage/smoking/pets deposit on top of the online price (for things I won't/don't do or have). The idea that they are claiming this as a 'non-smoking' room is ridiculous and that I could be charged for such an offense is laughable. The phone didn't work and had multiple buttons missing. The exhaust fan on the bathroom didn't work and the light was like ONE lumen; I've seen brighter night lights! There was paint spatter on the bed spread and all but one electrical outlet didn't work. I would NOT stay here again and o would NOT recommend it. I'm hoping that I didn't bring any need bugs home with me.

Not worth the money The room smelled of smoke, the beds were very uncomfortable and the overall condition leaves much to be desired. Skip this one and upgrade. We’ve had good luck with this chain in other states but this one truly disappointed

worse place to stay On day one I knew this was going to be a bad stay. The toilet needed to be replaced and the sink was clogged. I requested to move but wasn't able too. Next thing was the "complementary" breakfast I never saw. My TV stopped working due to the hotel changing cable networks, but never got fixed so I had no tv 3 out of the 4 days of my stay. Next was the housekeeping that never happened. I had to make my bed cause all they did is give us towels(only 2 by the way). I tried to complain about the tv still not working but the phone was disconnected so I had to either drive to the lobby or call them from my cell phone. The last straw was when we noticed the garbage was never taking out of our room the whole stay. My daughter wanted to use the hair dryer and that didn't work. At the end of our stay when I was checking out I asked for some kind of compensation for my bad accommodations and was told that there was nothing they can do. So Red Roof advertises a great stay with all them with great amenities and doesn't come thru with them. once they get your money "There's nothing we can do" Great job Red Roof. I will be passing the word around about my experience.

Okay for a short stay. Ice maker only works half the time. No 3rd shift people working the desk so when you are out of something you can not get it until morning. Beds are hard and not comfy. Phones dont work. Rooms are clean and ots close to restaurants. They do accept pets.

Great price, clean room We were just stopping in for the night to rest before traveling on. Room was clean Beds comfortable Price was awesome The absolute only downfall- there was a large group of people smoking outside the room beside ours and the smoke drifted into our room. It was a little sketchy walking from the parking lot to the hotel room. I would’ve been a little nervous had my husband not been with me. We checked in very late at night. If you are planning to stay, maybe just plan on checking in before dark.
