Basic Sleep Inn; Clean room Room was clean, but a bit on the worn side. The breakfast was basic. It did have some hot food and waffles, but the juice machine was out of order. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay in a clean room and a convenient location, then this will fit the bill.

An abosolute Scam - Bait and Switch to get full price. The worst experience I have ever had. I booked and pre paid through booking.com for four nights the weekend of the PGA Championship. When we got there to check in, the man at the front desk would not check us in, he said he would not honor booking.com and I had to pay full price of the hotel at that time and ask for a refund from booking.com. What is even worse, is that when I was on the phone with booking.com, and they tried calling the hotel, he did not have the land line plugged in. I had to ask him to check it because they were trying to reach him because they have an agreement with them. He did this to two other people trying to check in at the same time. This is a scam, in my opinion. He got his upcharged room rates and I had to argue back and forth for a month with booking.com to get my refund, because they never answered any phone calls or emails from booking.com.

A disappointing short stay We just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights on our way to Nashville, so we weren’t concerned with amenities. The positives: the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. On the other side, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, as was the soda machine and juice machine on the main floor. They put out cranberry juice and water in a pitcher for breakfast. Breakfast only went until 9:00 on weekdays, but it was decent enough. My husband called down to the front desk with a question, and NOBODY answered; no voicemail or anything. When he went down to the front desk, the clerk was watching something on tv, We asked for a couple of extra pillows one evening, because they seem to be going with the tiny pillows so many hotels are switching to. They were never brought to the room. My husband went down to ask for them and he did have them. He just couldn’t be bothered to bring them to us. The worst thing was when I went to take a shower. I waited about 10 minutes as the water slooooowly went from cold to tepid, then back to cold, then back to tepid. I thought that was as good as it was going to get, so I jumped in for a quick 10 minutes. Interestingly enough, my husband was able to get some hot water after I was out. So I guess I should’ve waited 20 minutes. The first day, we kept our “Do not disturb” sign on the door, as we didn’t need anything. The second morning, we removed the sign so the room would be cleaned . The cleaners were on our floor at the time we left. When we came back in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all. All in all, a disappointing stay. I could overlook things not functioning, except when it comes to showers. Not getting hot water is not acceptable.

Ok Stayed here for Louisville soccer tournament as had decent reviews and price so was hoping good value. Room was clean, hotel desk was nice and polite, check in was simple and easy. Place could be cleaner/updated, could do without cigarette and weed smell in the hallways and breakfast could be better.

No longer a good place to stay. Have been staying at this location for 12 years. Staff is very friendly. Last year it appeared run down. This year worse. Our room had broken furniture, musty smell, broken TV remote. Dirty carpeting. Slippery floor in bathroom. Torn carpet. White "mold" on the bed frames. Hallways had worn out carpeting. Back hotel door was broken. Breakfast food looked like powdered eggs. Apple Juice was watered down. This hotel was our "go to" hotel at least twice a year for the last twelve years. Now, very disappointed. We will not return until it is remodeled.
