Terrible hotel, terrible staff Where do I even start… My dog and I were evacuated due to wildfires and searched for pet friendly properties and booked a king sized room for me and my dog. Apparently they don’t have king sized rooms for pets so they put me in a dark, dank, tiny room with 2 full beds in the back of the property along the highway with an exterior door in a part of the hotel with no other cars in the parking lot and seemingly no other guests. As a woman traveling alone I booked this hotel because it looks like a hotel with interior entrance rooms but that’s not the case, only a portion of the rooms are interior. It felt very abandoned and unsafe. If they don’t offer king rooms for pets then they should show the options for pet rooms so that you can select one when you book. If I had known the type of room I would be receiving I would have booked at another property. I attempted to get a refund from both Expedia and the property so I could just leave and go somewhere else but they refused. Staff was rude, unhelpful and the owners are thieves. The property stinks like old food inside, looks nothing like the photos, restaurant/bar is shut down, trash and spills and filth in the hallways and stairwells, the only decent thing about this hotel is the outdoor pool and the grounds in the back. They still have not released my charge for incidentals after 2 days. I will never book through Expedia again and I’m deleting my account and I will never stay at another Best Western property again Beware

Basic Accommodation We had an average stay at this hotel. The employees were friendly and efficient. Our room was on the outside (meaning you can park at your door) and was a small, dated room. The two queen beds were saggy in the middle and the bathroom was small as well. The outside door did not seal all the way, and you could see light coming through the open places in the doorway from the parking lot here & there. We also could hear parking lot noises. Getting to this place is somewhat difficult, because of its location near the highway. It required us to make a U-Turn to access the property. Breakfast consisted of basic hotel hot breakfast foods. The WiFi was great! No issues at all! This property has a beautiful outdoor pool, of which we didn’t make use. This hotel markets itself as a wedding venue/accommodation and I can see they’ve put money into their grounds on the back side. Upgrading some of the rooms with decent beds and furniture would be an excellent place to work on next.

Okat room but breakfast was not great Decent room but at the very end of the building but right next to the laundry room. And why was there a carbon monoxide information sheet prominently displayed on the table in our room? The breakfast was a real disappointment! Thin & wobbly cheap paper plates to put your dried up tiny potato chunks, scrambled eggs and the thin Canadian bacon slices were swimming in water.

Nice Hotel, not so nice location The hotel and its amenities were very good. The room was large with a large vanity in the bathroom to place things (my wife loved that). The on-site lounge is small but surprisingly, the food was good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is the same hotel fare. Waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.... The main negative is the hotel's location. It is located on the southest corner of I-25 and US34. If you are coming north on I-25, you can see the hotel. However, we were approaching from the West on US34, and it's impossible to see the hotel. It sits down from the CONOCO gas station. We actually passed it twice and had to call the hotel for directions (which was pull into the Conoco station, then you will see us). The other problem the you can only pull into (and out of) the hotel heading west on US34. So if you are approaching sough on I-25 or heading (or want to) head East, there are U-turns involved on a 4-lane highway. Once you figure this out, the hotel is very nice. The only other negative was the check-in. There were 7 people in line at one point, but only 1 person behind the desk who was also answering phone calls.
