Best U.S. Embassy Suites Hotel & Spa! This is my favorite Embassy Suites I've stayed at in the United States! It's conveniently located right off Interstate 25 north of Denver (about 45 miles) and south of Fort Collins (about 10 miles) . It once was out there by itself next to the Blue Arena at the Ranch Events Complex but now there are restaurants, shopping and convenient stores located nearby. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast (different hours for the week & weekends) and complimentary happy hour like most Embassy Suites. The customer service is very good and the rooms and hotel are very clean and this hotel even offers a full service spa. The hotel has a indoor pool, fitness center, large conference rooms and the Rocky River Bar & Grill. The lobby area is nice and kept clean and a good area to socialize if you have a large group of people who want to hang out and talk versus trying to fit in a living room area of a suite room. The hotel did start charging $15 per night for parking that I'm not a fan of. I think they should offer complimentary parking for at least their "Diamond" Hilton Honor members. The parking fee is relatively new in the past year or two. There is a lot of parking available so I don't see why the need to charge hotel guest a parking fee since they aren't located in a downtown area where parking is a premium. The parking fee is for self-parking and they don't offer any type of valet service or have any bellman on hand but they do have luggage carts available. If you're attending a show at the Blue Arena you can't get any closer than this hotel. Also, if you're interested in visiting Fort Collins breweries this hotel isn't too far from them and Fort Collins has quite a few of them...but "don't drink & drive." If you stay at this hotel, I am confident you won't be disappointed and this is where we plan on staying the next time we are in the Loveland/Fort Collins area.

Shame on the management at the Loveland, CO Embassy In town for a wedding spent 5 days at the Embassy The safe in the room was broke. Called maintenance, fixed. Iron broken. Leaked on wedding clothes. Housekeeping called...left another broken iron. Stains on carpet. Light in bathroom flickered. Putting on makeup was a nightmare No flavored creamer for coffee 'people steal it' was the answer when I asked Parking charge with NO CAMERAS or SECURITY We were charged $70.00! We have family in Loveland. Have always stayed at Embassy. Never again...high priced for garbage!! SHAME on the Management....GREEDY!!!

Parking nightmare The parking situation at this hotel is insane. Do not stay here. It is a ripoff. They have a hidden parking charge and the front desk is completly unhelpful and rude. Please find another hotel to stay at when you are in this area. There must be a better alternative to this hotel.

Employee Rave I want to express a huge "THANK YOU" to Eric, Jessica and Krystal at the front desk who helped me extend my stay at Embassy. My family was there to take part in a NAM pageant where my granddaughter needed to participate in the day three evening events which require several changes of outfits. This includes hair and makeup adjustments. Checking out at noon would have resulted in using the public restrooms all afternoon and evening. Eric, Jessica and Krystal were able to rearrange an existing room hold so that our family could extend a much needed room for one more night. Many thanks to you all!

Hidden Parking Fees !!! I Hate Hidden Parking Fees !!! As a Hilton Diamond Member for over 3 Years Now I Will Never STAY here again. There is absolutely ZERO reason to charge parking. This Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not close or in walking distance to any attractions to threaten the unlimited space they have for parking. The Google Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland clearly states (FREE Parking) am I missing something here? This is terrible customer service as a person who teach customer service in corporate spaces. The number one goal in customer service is honest transparency as well as WIN the CUSTOMER not the argument. I asked the front desk, are Diamond Member required to pay for parking? She answered and said "Unfortunately everyone has to pays for parking" Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland, Why are you charging for parking? Why are you charging Hilton Diamond Members for parking knowing the level of commitment it takes to be a Diamond Member racking you a minimum of 60 nights to reach that status. That's 2 months out of the year. Hilton Loveland you can't charge for parking especially by SHOCKING customer at the front desk. Google Clearly say FREE PARKING.
