Early birds excellent stay We ended up driving through the night to be able to attend a college sporting event our son was in. The hotel allowed us to do an early check in at 5:00 am. Room was ready and there was no extra charge. Clean room, super comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of food, omelets, biscuits and gravy, potatoes and fruit

Price good, room great! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Check in was easy and quick. Large, clean, comfortable room, very spacious bathroom. Big fluffy pillows on the bed. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Great place to stay after 14 hours on the road! Very reasonably priced as well.

Best Employees, Period! Let's start with Tanya! She made setting our 16 room soccer team block a breeze. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued in every interaction. They even offered to set us up with bag breakfast on short notice since our team had to leave for soccer prior to breakfast opening. The cleaning staff cleaned and freshened up our rooms each day with care. This location has an amazing team of employees. Thank you from St. Croix Soccer and see you next time!

Couple night get away Very clean, front desk was very helpful and courteous! Maintenance staff asked how everything was and if our room was satisfactory. Only one night stay so not much more to say except I would recommend to others. Breakfast was average typical hotel style. Would come back again.

Terrible stay Dont stay here!! I'd recommend Home2Stay across the street. We booked rooms here for a baseball tournament. It's really close to Rickets stadium (across the hwy). We figured Holiday Inn Express is a safe bet to be a clean and nice hotel. We were wrong. The building was old, outdated, and not maintained. Rooms were not climate controlled modernly. Had to manually crank up a 20 year old Air conditioner. The lobby area was always filled with water due to the pool. Lobby was wet, common areas were wet, elevators were wet. Didn't seem like anybody was on mopping duty. Lobby front door was broken (wouldn't close all the way). Left a 2 foot gab without closing. That should have been a sign. Saw at least 2 large families with a lot of kids come in early morning and leave in the evening. Clearly, families who had not booked rooms but were just using the facilities. Wouldn't allow a late checkout. It's probably the 1st time I have ever been denied a late checkout in my experience of staying at hundreds of hotels. The Patio area was a concrete slab area in the back with a few tables and a grill. But you can tell management had no thought to maximize the space. No lights. No firepit. It was pretty obvious ownership didnt want to put in too much effort or money into making a nice gathering space. It was pretty obvious that whoever owns this hotel does just the minimum and won't invest any time, money or effort into making the hotel a nice stay. Makes you wonder what other corners they cut to save money or cut costs. Hope this helps anyone who plans to potentially stay here.
