Not so clean We are used to go in Red Roof Not big luxury nor exhaustive services I admit but it is clean and this is what we are looking for when travelling long distances This is the first time I have to complain about having a clear image of the sexual activity of last users So glad the kids were not in our room and have to explain what the hands marks meant

Dirty and gross!! Hotel is located right off I95 and has small balconies with the rooms. However, the cleanliness level is horrible...hair in the tub, white jizz on the bathroom mirror, sticky food spilled on the floor, drippy spills all over the doors, and the entryway smelled like piss! Booked a room for 4 people and was provided 3 towels and one washcloth...wtf?! Save yourself some money and stay elsewhere, the rate they charge isn't worth the filth provided!

A NIGHT in HELL Checked in with a confirmation of an ADA Room. Desk Clerk said Room 134 with easy access. Room on the Ground floor next to the rear entrance to the parking lot. A tiny room with a very SMALL bathroom. The bathroom had a TUB and a low grab bar on the wall about 3 inches higher than the tub. UNABLE to step over the tub edge to take a shower. NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Large KING-SIZE bed wrapped in some sort of metal that made a metal flexing noise when laying on the mattress with any movement. A BRIGHT BLUE CLOCK on the microwave that finally I had to get up and drape a towel over to block the light of the clock facing the bed. Upstairs, during the night lived a family that kept moving furniture around most of the night. They had no carpet on their floor. Being right next to the rear entrance door, all night people came and went letting the door slam. ----- A TOTAL SLEEPLESS NIGHT. ---- Checked out the next morning around 6 AM and walked into the front entrance to the smell of thick heavy cigarette smoke that hung in the air. Front Desk Girl / Woman when I mentioned the smoke made the comment " YOU CAN SMELL THAT? " I went over to the FREE Breakfast table to see a couple of small rolls in the case and a coffee pump which after one sip I had to pour it out. --- You have a choice folks -- try the BEST WESTERN.

Disgustingly dirty!! This place is disgusting! We checked in at 9:00 PM after driving 12 hours. It looked nice from the outside but inside, it was old & filthy. The bathroom wall had some black something on the walls & the tub was crusted with black mold inside & on the floor. There was an old rubber mat in the bottom of the tub that was disgusting. We had a hard time turning the water off in the tub but finally got it to stop dripping. The curtains hardly closed and we were on the bottom floor. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable. There was no breakfast as advertised but we probably would have been afraid to eat here anyway. I would NOT recommend this place!

Clean We are traveling with our grandchildren and pleased our room was clean and well decorated. I’m so glad there was a bare floor and not a rug. Breakfast was not worth eating so we left. The front desk woman needs som training on being pleasant , but we thought it was worth the money
